The attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi that killed American ambassador Chris Stevens was pre-planned and included foreigners, Libyan President said yesterday.
President of Libya’s National Congress, Mohamed Magariaf, in an interview to the CBS news aired yesterday said his government has arrested about 50 people, some of which are foreigners and connected to al-Qaeda.
“They entered Libya from different directions, and some of them definitely from Mali and Algeria,” he said.
“These ugly deeds, criminal deeds were directed against them, the late ambassador, Chris Stevens, and his colleagues, does not represent in any way, in any sense, the aspirations, the feelings of Libyans towards the United States and its citizens,” Magariaf said referring to the death of four Americans including the US Ambassador to Libya.
“The way these perpetrators acted and moved, I think we — and their choosing the specific date for this so-called demonstration, this leaves us with no doubt that this was preplanned, predetermined,” Magariaf said in response to a question.
“Definitely, it was planned by foreigners, by people who entered the country a few months ago, and they were planning this criminal act since their arrival,” he reiterated.
The security situation in the country he said is difficult, not only for the Americans, even for Libyans themselves.
“We don’t know what are the real intentions of these perpetrators, how they will react. But there is no specific particular concern or danger for Americans or any other foreigners,” he noted.
“We firmly believe that this was a pre-calculated, pre-planned attack that was carried out specifically to attack the US Consulate,” he said in an another interview to National Public Radio.
He didn’t get the memo from Susan Rice, and if he doesn’t get the story straight he won’t get his allowance either.

1. A five minute statement in the Rose Garden regarding the four Americans murdered in cold blood followed immediately by a flight to Vegas to collect some Campaign Cash.
2. Apologizing to the Jihadists because some guy made an Internet Video critical of Islam.
3. That shameful “show” with the lined up Coffins of our murdered Citizens with the Cadillac Hearst's in the background and Obama at the Podium up front.
4. No protection for our Embassy Officials on the anniversary of 9/11, while discovering that we were warned repeatedly of possible attacks on our facilities.
5. Afghan Police and Soldiers “executing” our Soldiers on a daily basis.
6. Marines assigned to protect our Embassy in Egypt unarmed by order of the Obama appointed Ambassador, (that story is now being denied by the Military BTW). CYA mode...

IMHO, the US today is more at risk from terrorist attacks than after 9/11, because so many Muslims now live here and our borders are less secure under this Administration than it has been in 12 years. Those who have prepositioning themselves, are now well entrenched and positioned to strike.
One truth must prevail, the tactics of terror are insufficient to bring down a nation, unless the nation unilaterally surrenders.
The violence of evil must be met with the violence of righteousness, justice, love and grace through faith in Him.
