Border integrity sounds great, but its a chimera. You need to get illegals out of jobs and shut off the welfare benefits if you want them to leave. You also have to close the loopholes that allow them to open bank accounts, get drivers licenses, etc.

Unfortunately, I think the last chance for that to happen was under Bush II-—and he punted.
