Isn’t such a “pledge” a requirement for employment as a “journalist” at the major tv “news” networks? She can sub for Andrea Mitchell and she’s probably younger and (undoubtedly, since it wouldn’t take much) better looking. There would be no difference in the “news” contenct.

Section 104.31, of Title IX in chapter 104, states that “no officer or employee of the state... shall... use his or her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with an election or nomination of officer or influencing another person’s vote or affecting the result thereof.”

Her big mistake was leaving paper trail otherwise:

1. Electioneer students who look up to your position as a teacher.

2. 'Encourage' foreign born employees whose check you sign to seek citizenship and vote for Obama.

3. Just be cool and don't get caught with your hands in the cookie jar.

Her LinkedIn profile says "Assistant Professor at Brevard Community College". It also has her education as being a two-year associate's degree in "Advertising Design" from "Fashion Institute of Technology".

In a prior thread, she was teaching math at the community college. WTF? With those qualifications? What else was she doing that got her a job for which she seems to lack even the scent of a qualification?
