The one thing about the Internet is that if someone can tap all primary switches then you can trace IP traffic no matter the content of the packet. “They” have access to ALL primary switches on the Internet, including all ISPs, and can trace IP packets anywhere they go, including overseas.

Anyone thinking overseas routers will hide their distant end is fooling themselves dangerously.

It’s easy in my case. I just assume that my every keystroke since day one is on file everywhere.

You’ve confirmed my suspicions. I’m not all that network savvy, but I know enough about what I don’t know to think this guy is s little naive.

The average Joe who uses his Amazon purchased Dell and some wares to try to anonymously poke around the world from his home is probably asking for some real trouble to come visit him - either in the form of the “good” guys who are not amused, or the bad guys who are pissed.
