NEW YORK (AP) Randy Newman is weighing in on the presidential election, and he's playing the race card through a song he wrote called "I'm Dreaming."

The piano tune features the refrain: "I'm dreaming of a white president." It is full of satirical, sarcastic and signature Newman anecdotes about someone who votes for the president because he is white.

Mr Newman has musical talent - of that there is no doubt.

However, it appears that over 99% of his brain is devoted to music, leaving only 1% to devote to simple common sense.

Note to Randy; Your president is an ignorant dolt.

If you want a black president, you might try any of the other thousands (no, make that millions and millions) of blacks out there who are more intelligent than the Obamadork.

"I felt that that sentiment exists in the country," Newman said in an interview Monday. "I don't know how many people you can get to admit it. I think maybe zero."

Yeah, that's why Herman Cain got no traction in the GOP primary.

Oops, he did.

Wrong premise, but the liberal worldview is forested with such.

Remember folks: We weren’t racist when we voted him in the first time.

But we’d be racist now if we ignored his skin color, actually evaluated his job performance, and decided to fire him.

Everyone got that?

What an idiot.

Seriously, Randy, explain to me how I would support 0bama’s Marxist/Fascist policies if he were white,
and how I would oppose a black candidate that was a strict Constitutionalist.

Try it.

45% of white people vote for the black guy.

Randy Newman’s actions in recording and producing the song “I’m Dreaming of a White President” should be investigated as a violation of campaign laws and prosecuted as an illegal campaign donation.

And now only should Newman be prosecuted, but all those involved including the websites that support the free download of this racist offensive anti Romney song should also be prosecuted.

Bad move. He’s too dumb to know that people will actually be more sympathetic to the racist in comedy. For example they always preferred Archie Bunker to the Meathead. I think it’s a plus for Romney.

Since according to the media polls Obama is assuredly polling much higher than Romney, why are these O sycophants becoming unhinged?? I think they are very, very worried about the stark failure of the Obama Admin and the far left position of the D party.

He has a history of being rabidly anti-Southern male.

(From memory) One of his early songs..

We're Rednecks, Rednecks,
Don't know our ass from a whole in the ground.
We're Rednecks, Rednecks,
Keepin’ the (n-word) down.

Iroy is if he wrote “I’m Dreaming of a Black President” and laced it with reasons why people voted for a person because they are black,

he would have just described 99% of the blacks that voted for Obama and in general, how they vote for their local politicians.

Blacks admit they vote for blacks because they are black. They get no flak for their racist voting beliefs.

Randy Newman is a semi-genius

Yeah, but, he's also a DNA lottery winner...

The paternal side of his family includes three uncles who were noted Hollywood film-score composers: Alfred Newman, Lionel Newman and Emil Newman. Newman's cousins Thomas and David, and nephew Joey are also composers for motion pictures.

His callous use of the “N” word proves his deep-seated hatred of all black people. How hard would it have been to change that to “Blacks” or “African Americans”? He’s just another closet racist using politically incorrect language to make a buck.

It came out around the same time as Blazing Saddles. Satirical use of the word was actually more acceptable.

I’ve never understood the appeal of this guy’s music. The music and lyrics are always pedestrian, his voice makes Bob Dylan’s and Neil Young’s sound like Pavarotti.

If he didn’t get the attention from the horrible song, Short People, would he be where he is today?

Randy has some Jewish genius in his lineage. He spent early years in New Orleans so figures he has a feel for the American South, I am sure he would tell you. I don’t like his style but I recognize his genius inherited or not. I wonder what he thinks of how Obama screws Israel and Netanyahu on a weekly basis. Most likely he is culturally Jewish but his higher calling is to Democrat liberalism, not Israel or the free market American capitalism that has made him rich enough to indulge his politically leftish whims.

This love letter to Obama tune gives him higher status, acclaim and brownie points in HollyWeird. Now his wife and relatives will like him even more.

The Setting: New York’s Central Park, around 6:30 pm.

The Scene: Randy Newman is taking his chihuahua for a walk. As he comes around a corner, he meets four teenage black youth.

DIALOGUE
Youth #1: Yo, whitey! You gots any money?
Newman: Why no, I don’t carry money in New York.
Youth #2: I think we need to convince this crackah that he should.
Newman: I’m sorry for not having any cash. Please don’t hurt me. You know, I wrote an anti-racism song about our President Obama!
Youth #1: Gimme yo f*ckin wallet, b*itch!

After surrending his wallet and watch, Newman is pummeled into incoherence. The youth walk away laughing.

The red head in I love LA is Laurel Howard

Newman thought this song was satire on the wealth gap. Actually he documented CA just before its decline into a third world hell hole.
