Its really really sick watching the local media here..CBS, NBC, ABC, KCAL, Fox 11, ALL in the tank for Obama..was channel surfing this morning and saw the producer of “Obama’s America” on Fox 11 and Steve Edwards was going after him for the movie..these media jerks don’t even try to hide the fact that they are in the tank for Obama.

It's disgusting how they don't even bother to try to be journalists any more. Or pretend to be. They are nothing more than Obama groupies. I keep hoping the masses watching will notice how biased they are and think about it....and look into why and rebel. As I would, being the rebellious type - if someone tries to tell me what to do or how to vote, I look at their own motives - and am more likely to do the opposite. But...the dumbed down sheeple aren't paying attention.

The Obama Ads usually appear on channels like TV Land and HGTV, I dont see them locally, maybe once in a while but mostly on the cable channels

If you look at the CNBC poll, 75% agree with Romney. But the MSM is playing for Obama. Here is a comment I read describing the MSM to a tee: “The lapdog media is humping a leg of lies”

Of course most people agree that too many are on government assistance. Even people ON assistance probably agree. Nobody thinks they are the problem..lol Romney really can't lose on this issue.

I am urging my son and daughter-in-law to register to vote - and then vote. They are still young (too young to be married, but that's another thread...), but I want them to learn they need to get involved. And if they feel it is not worthwhile here in CA, then they'll learn the value of moving to a state where their vote will count.

I think there is a natural tendency by conservatives not to advertise their voting intentions; if bumper stickers were any indication Obama should have beaten McCain 80:20. While they talked about the “Bradley effect” last time (by which people wouldn’t admit they weren’t voting for the “black guy” - which never materialized in the 2008 election), I could certainly see something similar happening now. Obama’s media has outdone the mullahs in directing their wrath towards any dissent or opposition; I hope they have built in a +5% (above & beyond the polls) for Romney by doing so.

I personally see no need to make my car a target for Holder’s people.

it’s the people that work, want to work and enjoy working....No, it’s the people who got 99 weeks of unemployment, enjoyed it, passed up offered jobs because they made more on unemployment PLUS working under the table. We sat a year ago and made a list of people in our small, small town who were on SSDI and still worked UNDER the TABLE who made between $15,000 and, in one case, probably $36,000 (contractor of small cement jobs. It came to 18 people. When unemployment was factored in, the list went to 40 some. We need to go to a sales tax, because we never included the unemployed who sold drugs or smuggled. These people NEED to be taxed, somehow to even it out for everybody.

Here is my 2 cents: Republicans and Democrats have been guilty of buying votes by promising FREE STUFF to potential voters according to the dictate of Karl Marx: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.”

This has led to a Polarized America. This polarization has increased as the number of those with ability has decreased and the number of those with needs has increased.
