RAMONA ---- Authorities are investigating the death of a man who was shot in Ramona on Sunday afternoon, according to the Sheriff's Department.
The man, whose name has not been released, went to a home in the 1300 block of Walnut Street about 3 p.m. and got into an argument with the homeowner, said Lt. Glenn Giannantonio. The two men started fighting, and the homeowner's son brought a gun out of the home.
The victim, a 34-year-old man who was unknown to the homeowner, was asked to leave at gunpoint, authorities said.

When asked to leave at gunpoint, leave smiling and quickly.
You are on another mans front step Fighting that man, they don’t even know you, and when asked to leave at gunpoint , you decide to stay.
That’s nothing short of suicide.
Castle Doctrine/Defense of Habitation Law/justifiable homicide is applicable here.

So, a total stranger just wanders up to this guy and starts arguing with him so much that a gun was brought out? Uh, huh, there’s more to this story.
It never fails. If it's print media, the perp is somehow always the "victim".
