Culturally, the 1950's in America were probably the high water mark for world history. Since then, despite technological wonders, it has pretty much been all down hill and into the barn.

I’m only 30 and I couldn’t agree more.

I always say, two places I want to live:

1950’s American (height of human civilization)

Victorian England (height of human civilization at that point)
