To Claim Virginia, Obama’s Hopes Rest On Women

In a presidential election where women’s issues have taken a more prominent role than many expected, the crucial swing state of Virginia is becoming the Grand Canyon of gender gaps.
A new Washington Post survey indicates that President Obama holds a 19 percentage-point lead (58 to 39) among likely women voters in the commonwealth, yet is running six points behind Republican nominee Mitt Romney among men who are likely to vote (44 to 50). That support from women is the reason the president now enjoys an eight-point advantage overall in Virginia.
Virginia is a state Mitt Romney is fighting hard to win, but the latest poll shows the president holding a steady lead. But, the big surprise is President Obama is beating Romney on Romney's core issue - the economy.
There has long been a disparity between women and men in their voting patterns — a phenomenon first identified and named the “gender gap” during Ronald Reagan’s presidency.
This year, however, ginning up female support has become an imperative for Obama in his reelection bid. Across the electoral map, the Obama campaign is banking on women to offset an expected loss to Romney among men

The causes that many women support politically are often the reasons why no guy in his right mind would marry them. Guys don’t want somebody who will butcher a baby in the womb, rob him of his future earnings for decades if the marriage doesn’t work, and have some strange guy living in his former house with his children. There is simply little reason for a guy today to legally expose himself to marriage or fatherhood. I’ve been married over 15 years, with kids, but the wife isn’t American or “progressive” - she’s old-school.
Liberal women are coming to find out that the grass was not greener on the other side, the problem is ? their fun in the sun has effected all of us, all of society for the few who wanted their fun.

Men see the picture all too clearly; many of the men of today are the sons of the men of the last generation who lost everything as families fell apart (with the helping hand of government). There is simply no way to convince them that there is an upside to marriage and families, especially at a time when it is difficult for a white man to get an education, a job, or a promotion; this is the natural result of basing these things on vaginas and melanin rather than merit/ablity.

Men’s opportunites grow, not diminish, with time (and they can have kids when they are 70). Also, younger men can choose an imported bride to provide them with the families native women defer or outright refuse to bear.

Cohabitation skirts the whole alimony issue, and for guys is a rational reaction to girlfriends who won’t bear them children anyway (until they’re 40 and want one to play with). The natural selection event is hapening today across the United States; the breeding imports are inheriting the earth, while the Americans buy new cars and iPhones instead.
These trends are changing the demographics of this country at a rapid rate; we can see around us today what was forecast to come about in 2050.

They have found out what it is like to be a man, and they realize that it sucks. I work with liberal women who pretend to be hard-working professionals, but still are gone by 4:00 pm - hardly the overworked yuppies. They have no children, but instead create fake families around pets and Facebook; they really resent the traditional women who go home to a loving human family every day.
Much like the dating world.

I certainly didn’t marry into money; I married someone who had the same faith and culture I was raised with (albeit with a different laguage). The only way for a guy to make 100% sure he doesn’t marry someone he’s not meant to be with is to not get married (in the same manner as abstinence is the only 100% effective “birth control”); America’s young men have taken that lesson to heart.
The US government and feminists have waged a cultural war on families for decades; now women are mad that they “won” (and lost everything, including their country, in the process).

Yu’re right, but they won’t even be honest about what’s causing it. Instead, they will turn a bling eye to television shows and commercials showing men as stupid, childish, uncaring, etc. (things you would never be allowed to portray women or the “protected” minorities as). The only good “fathers” on TV are the saps shown happily caring for some other guys brood as he moves in with the unwed mother; apparently none of these guys want biological children of their own.
These idiots, remnants of a dying culture, think that showing happy outcomes on television will actually change reality; the contrast between the America shown on TV and the America that surrounds us every day, has never been more pronounced.
