Yahoo running pro-Obama ads before (almost) every video *VANITY*
Yahoo | Sept. 20, 2012 | piytar

Posted on 09/20/2012 5:56:19 PM PDT by piytar

In view of the thread on Free Republic re: Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer Is An Obama Bundler, I thought it was noteworthy that almost every video I've tried to play from Yahoo's main page today had a pro-Obama or anti-Romney ad at the start. I clicked through the start of about 20 of them in a row just to verify -- and to burn some ad buys...

Politico runs Obama ads in the middle of almost every news article mixed in with the other drivel.

YahooObama shills for the Kenyan.

YouTubeObama shills for the Kenyan.

So does the Weather Channel.

So does Amazon.

So do ABCDisney/CBS/NBC/MSNBC/CNN/NPR/PBS.

If it’s broadcast, print, or digital media, is shills for the Kenyan.

So I post this then click through another half dozen video starts — and finally get a Citi ad. Next dozen were more of the same pro-obama junk. I wonder if obie got a break from the “bundler”?

All day today the opening ad on yahoo’s homepage said

“OBAMA LEADS IN 3 BATTLEGROUND STATES”.

It stayed up all day.

If Romney is ever leading in any state, or nationwide it is completely ignored by the Obummer loving media.

I've seen Obama ads on Hulu, Yahoo, TV in FL and elsewhere.

Nothing but crickets from Romney.

In 2008 the liberals were all over the Internet with Obama advertising. I think it is effective. Scott Walker did it here in Wisconsin for his recall.

But I don’t see Mitt ads or anti Obama ads anywhere on these sites. His campaign handlers are missing the boat.

Can they be refusing to sell to Romney?

Yahoo switched to source their news from ABC News about a year or so ago. No surprise here!

By late October their headline will either be “OBAMA CRUISING TO AWESOME VICTORY” or “ROMNEY BACKPEDDLES RACIST COMMENT”

I think they have bought up ads at a remnant rate. For political ad buys, the third party would need to offer the same rate to the Romney campaign.

Contrary to popular belief I will wager that Marissa Mayer isn’t particularly bright. Her career at Google had stagnated. When she left she was VP of Google Maps and associated products or something like that. And the reason she was at Google was not because Google went on a talent hunt and found a shining star in her, but because she had joined early when Google was still based out of a garage and when getting hired by a startup (during the dot com boom) was no big deal. And not to forget, being Larry Page’s girlfriend at the time did nothing to stop her rise to senior management.

Yahoo also running bs article with headline to the effect of “Republicans truncated redistribution video”. It would be funny if only if so many dolts who do vote didn’t get the bulk of their “news” from pieces of crap sources like Yahoo.

Not Yahoo but I believe it is along the same line..

This add on the teevee ticks me off.

Regions Bank - Wheels of Progress/Small Business

Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I see green jobs, and democrats in that commercial.

YahooNews is prostituting for Obama. It’s main news-page is like an Obama ad page. When and where do we protest en masse and call for a boycott of goods advertised on Yahoo.?

Evidentally Obama’s campaign purchased the spots.

Romney’s campaign should have done the same...as well as on cable networks like Obama has. I was watching TV Land the other day for about an hour and a half and saw 6 Obama ads and none for Romney.

Somebody fast, find out if these ads are being paid for at a normal rate, or are they actually campaign contributions? Where is Obama getting money to put out this amount of continual ad?
