Rally around the flag time is over. For the most part, Republicanswith the exception of Mitt Romney–had held their fire in the wake of Sept. 11 attacks against U.S. embassies in Cairo and Libya, which claimed the lives of four Americans including U.S. Ambassador to Libya J.
