Wow, a bunch of them were actually gracious toward her. I am surprised.
My first thought: This was a warning from the commies to Romney that his family could be targeted.
Second thought: The commies tried to take him out, but he was not on the airplane and their device failed.
I once knew a man who owned a security company that did nothing but guard airplanes. He explained to me that the REAL pro hitmen could download new software/malware into the avionics and make the plane crash. Another favorite is a tiny device with thermite to cut wires or hydraulics. No investigator would think twice about a bit of burned metal in plane crash debris.
Conspiracy theory? How many Congressmen have died in plane crashes? The percentage dwarfs the incidence in the general population of people who fly a lot.
One former head of Defense Intel (a three star) told me, “Once is an accident. Twice is suspicious. Three times is ENEMY ACTION”.
Note that the plane crashes take out pols both left and right, so I assume that hits are paid for by both groups. It is also possible that hits are ordered by people who got burned by the targeted pol.
