The only thing I can think of to add is that I thought I remember a non-negotiable being parents control of their childrens education or something similar.
Logical... but not enumerated. The ones listed above are non-negotiable because they are an affront to human life. Interfering in the parent-child relationship, as abhorrent as it is, has a place in appropriate circumstances (extreme abuse, mental illness, substance addiction, extreme neglect and danger are some possibilities). The five listed in the thread are NEVER allowable under any circumstance.
