Trader Joe's recalls peanut butter

The grocery store chain Trader Joe's is recalling peanut butter that has been linked to 29 salmonella illnesses in 18 states.

I love Free Republic. I get all the news that is NOT fit to print by the MSM, and also recall info for one of my favorite stores. And, yes, we happen to have a jar of this very stuff! Thank you!

but see...... the peanut butter in question is salted..... sea salt no less. Try it, you might like it

When I put it on bread or crackers I eat the same amount straight out of the jar.

He was in an interview in the 70’s, and they asked him how he stayed in such good shape...what his diet was. He replied that he was always on the go, and PB was a major player. The interviewer said “but isn’t peanut butter fattening?” and in full Moses on the Mountain mode, he delivered his reply.
