It shows South Africa with a murder rate of 31.8/100,000, but Malawi has 36, Uganda has 36.3, Zambia has 38, Lesotho 35.2, Cote d'ivoire 56.9, Jamaica 52.2, Honduras 91.6, El Salvado 69.2, Venuzuela 45.1, and many others.
Maybe it is an old table? It looks as though the data is from a 2012 document.
