Elizabeth Warren Admits She Is Not Licensed to Practice Law in Massachusetts
by Michael Patrick Leahy 24 Sep 2012, 7:43 AM PDT
Speaking to Boston's 96.9 FM radio program "Jim and Margery" on Monday, Democratic Senate challenger Elizabeth Warren admitted that she is not licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
According to reports from listeners, she claimed that she does not maintain a law practice. She also "said that she gave up her New Jersey license because she could not keep up with the Continuing Education requirements," according to one listener who commented on Breitbart's Monday story, "Does Elizabeth Warren Have a Law License Problem?".
Ms. Warren's statement comes as a surprise to the many clients she's provided legal services to over the past decade.....

This is a minor technicality for a democrat as long as Holder is AG.
good lord...but in that part of the world of crazy peckerwoods that may still not be enough
Doctor, lawyer, Indian chief...only one left that Warren hasn’t pretended to be.
How? (snort)
Can’t keep up with the continuing education requirements. What a dolt, but she’s a democrat, everything’s cool.
First she claims to be a Squaw, not she claims to be a medicine man. What next?

She's not a lawyer?
“Where the Hekawi?”
The title of this article should be amended to “Elizabeth Warren Admits She Is Not Licensed to Practice Law in Massachusetts: Gains in MA Poll”
I hope she at least completed 1/32 of the certification...

When only a Presidential "Face Palm" will suffice.
Be careful what you wish for. Not being a lawyer is a resume enhancement in the minds of many voters.
Not to worry, before long some law school will confer an honorary law degree on her so she’ll be able to “check that box” honestly, just as her family conferred “horary Indian heritage” on her due to her high cheekbones.
Actually, none of the above would surprise me (except the pole dancing).
Next we are finally going to hear why Barry and Michelle gave up their licenses, “the Continuing Education” requirement excuse. Those CE’s, the lawyers go to some fancy smancy seminar in a really nice vacation local (I know, I worked for a lawyer), and attend a seminar. Voila! CE requirements met, tax deduction, and a great vacation.
And, more generally speaking, being a Fraud is a bonus, too. Or, in a leftist’s mind, irrelevant if you speak the religion.
Massachusetts Democrats...
“We know Paleface Lizzy is a liar and a thief, but she’s also stupid and greedy and we think we can get her to lie and steal for us.”
She’s supposed to be like the most highly respected teacher of the law in the country and she can’t keep up with the educational requrements.
Where the Hekawi?
LOL First thing I thought of! Then second “It is Balloon!”
Does this make her a Quack or the legal equivalent?
When all the lies are gone, we may discover she doesn’t actually exist.
You are probably correct. The supposition is that if she resigned then there is no easy way to determine when exactly she failed to meet the requirements to continue to practice law in NJ.
Yep, and at least some of those CE courses are just a matter of showing up, no written exams, just tolerate the monotony for a couple of days, maybe just a matter of course registration whether you show up or not; and, I imagine lawyers make it pretty easy for themselves to get the credits.
” She also “said that she gave up her New Jersey license because she could not keep up with the Continuing Education requirements,””
A Harvard Law professor can’t keep up with simple ed requirements ?
LOL!!!!
I’ve been waiting for Netflix to make the F Troop series available for a while. Show still makes me crack up when I think about it. Cpl Randolph Agarn, from Passaic, NJ. O’Rourke Enterprises...The blind-as-a-bat look-out, Vanderbuilt, Dobbs, the bugler who can’t blow a lick, the old war-veteran, Duffy, who got his wound fighting alongside Davy Crockett at the Alamo. Classic stuff.
dog catcher??
Where the Hekawi?
That’s not the way I first heard that joke!
THIS>>> When all the lies are gone, we may discover she doesnt actually exist.
Me either...cleaned up for TV during a much more innocent (all right, a much less guilty) time...
Actually, she may technically be a “Doctor of Law” ie JD.
Hah!
Pure unadulterated LOL material. Thanks!!
Ms. Warren’s statement comes as a surprise to the many clients she’s provided legal services to over the past decade.....Refunds due for misrepresentation/fraud? Nahhh..Never happen. She’s a lawyer (somewhere...maybe).
Money or no, she apparently engaged in the unauthorized practice of law. I served on the San Antonio subcommittee of the Texas UPL committee for several years - this is on all fours with a bunch of the complaints we validated.
Surely that explains why Squaw Warren holds an academic position at some bogus podunk p.c. university.
LOL!!!!”
That is pretty rich!!
And she wants to get elected and pass even more regulation for the rest of us.
I hope her supporters turn out in large numbers on November 7th to vote for her.
Scott Brown should take her to the woodshed...another case of progressive dishonesty and circumvention of ethical standards of behavior. Fits in nicely with her claim to a minority status in order to secure a position at Harvard.
So the fake American Indian is also giving out illegal law advice, what a shocker. If she was paid for that she could be in whole heap-um of trouble.
” And she wants to get elected and pass even more regulation for the rest of us.”
Regualation for thee, but not for me.
Typical leftist.
What boggles the mind is that this woman moved forward to place herself in the limelight of a political campaign with all these skeletons in the closet.
Fauxcohauntus...Lie-awatha....whatever she calls herself, she is the bottom of the barrel. What are the poll numbers there?
According to what I just read on Legal Inssurection she is inactive in NJ and Texas and was never licensed in MA. So I’d say she’s in some trouble.
Ms. Warren’s statement comes as a surprise to the many clients she’s provided legal services to over the past decade.....
Whoa!!! It is a felony to practice Law without a License. This should be pursued.
Not being a lawyer is a resume enhancement in the minds of many voters.
BUT IT’S A FELONY if she’s had clients that she represented as a lawyer and has no License. That is a felony!!!
