Two U.S. Marines have been charged in connection with a video TMZ posted, showing at least two American soldiers urinating on the corpses of deceased Taliban fighters.
According to the USMC, two Marines -- Staff Sergeants Joseph W. Chamblin and Edward W. Deptola -- will be charged for "violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice" for their involvement in the urination incident.
The USMC says the incident is believed to have taken place during a counter-insurgency operation in Afghanistan on or about July 27th, 2011.

I’d like to see the regs about pissing on dead bad guys.
This is what having a homosexual US President gets you.
Of all our wars and all our commander-in-chiefs, it is only now that our troops must face the indignity of being prosecuted for urinating on the body of a deceased enemy.
Give me a break - It’s becoming a “let’s play nice” war.
It is inappropriate to pee on Talibunnies.
One slathers them with pork-fat, and leaves them to the dogs.
Charged for this? What would they get if they served them bacon?
We must respect those who seek to rape and torture us before they kill us.
A hate crime trial.
This is a total breakdown of our senior military leadership: stabbing their own troops in the back to please our foreign and domestic enemies. The JCS are worse than moral cowards: they are traitors. Don’t let your children join today’s Armed Forces.
Personally I think they should be charge with a violation, they should have pooped on them.
Whatever happened to peeling potatoes?
This should have been handled by their unit’s senior NCO: “OK Devil Dogs, you’re not going to do that again, right!?”
I wonder what Patton & Halsey would have said about this.
I would nuke the everloving hell out of that country. Every valley, hilltop and plain in the whole damned place. Make it glass and let it shine so much the astronauts on the ISS would have to wear sunglasses when they looked at it in daylight.
There is no value in a country that cannot get beyond the 4th century.
General Patton urinates into the Rhine river in Germany
Remember this?
Probably Article 32, the “catch all” when nothing else fits (if memory serves)
