Iran's President Ranges Far In Interview: Talks Israel, Slams Homosexuality

September 24, 2012

New York (CNN) -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad made clear what he meant when he said Israel should be "wiped off" the map and touched on everything from the Holocaust to homosexuality in a wide-ranging interview that aired Monday on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight."

The president, speaking through a translator, also said what his country would do if attacked by Israel, and he slammed an anti-Islam film that has triggered protests in the Muslim world.

"If a group comes and occupies the United States of America, destroys homes while women and children are in those homes, incarcerate the youth of America, impose five different wars on many neighbors, and always threaten others, what would you do? What would you say? Would you help it? ... Or would you help the people of the United States?" Ahmadinejad asked in response to whether Israel should be "wiped off" the face of the map, as he once said.

"So when we say 'to be wiped,' we say for occupation to be wiped off from this world. For war-seeking to (be) wiped off and eradicated, the killing of women and children to be eradicated. And we propose the way. We propose the path. The path is to recognize the right of the Palestinians to self-governance."

The 10% figure came from a Kinsey study where he studied men in prison.
Ever study I have read says 1-1.5% actual numbers.
There has been ‘gay is cool’ element for young people, especially females however by adulthood that phase is out grown.
Most people think because of press the population is up to 20%, interesting really, wonder if it were the case would humans have died out along time ago.

I see you’re in Santa Barbara, and I’d have thought you’d see what is around me here in upper-middle-class blue state neighborhoods. The number of people with gay sons is just astounding. At least 10% of the boys I went to school with grew up to be gay. I’m willing to believe that for whatever reasons, the population that so expresses itself is lower in other parts of the country.

Yes, I understand the ‘trendiness’ of faux lesbian behavior that tends to be a passing phenomenon. I don’t believe it is the same with gay men.

True, with women they can have a lesbo fling and think nothing of it and go back to men.

However with guys, it’s like Andrew Dice Clay said, “You either do or you don’t, there is no in-between.”

That is an interesting thought, about different parts of the country.
What I find interesting is that homosexuals really beleive they have friends on the left IE Hollywood, politicians, liberals, et al.
The reality homosexuals are their pets. It’s sort of like “oh look at me, I have gay friends aren’t I just so cool”, when in private they will tell you they hate homosexuality.
Oh, well another warm day, maybe I’ll go to the beach.
You have a good day.

Homosexuals are merely the left’s tool to criminalize Christianity.

MrB, simple and brilliant.
I had never thought of the issue framed in that manner.
Someone said, God is using homosexuals to separate the wheat from the chaff.
Wow! FR people are so insightful, thank goodness.

Uh... me also... :)

I don't credit myself. Insight comes as a side-effect of donning "Jesus glasses" to look at the world.

Decrement? MrB—

Yes, I have prayed for discernment, and to the extent I can handle it, I believe that prayer has been continually answered. The world makes so much sense now.
