Returned Ballots

A total of 6,741 ballots have been returned in all states and localities for which I have statistics.

MAINE reports 31 returned ballots as of Monday, Sept. 17.

NORTH CAROLINA reports 6,158 returned ballots as of Tuesday morning.

SOUTH DAKOTA reports 552 returned ballots as of Saturday morning.

Scroll down for statistics on the returned ballots!

Keep in mind that a small number of ballots have been cast so far. These earliest of early votes are likely not representative of the overall electorate in many states. Apparently affecting the statistics are overseas voters who were mailed ballots sooner than previous elections in most states. In some states early in-person voting has yet to begin.

NORTH CAROLINA reports as of Tuesday morning 66,664 ballot requests with the following party breakdown:

Party Reg Dem 27.9% Rep 51.0% None/Oth 21.1%

I believe dems were about 30% in absentee votes in 2008.

Sent my and my wife’s absentee ballot request this morning. Anyone not familiar with the procedure, please check your local county’s election board website.

We know the splits in most counties but are missing two key counties, Warren (deep red) and Montgomery (slightly blue). We know 25,000 absentees are out in Montgomery, but won't know the party registrations until sometime next week.

So far, Cayahoga has about 100,000 out (heavy Dem, perhaps 3:1 county) and the splits were about 54,000D, 24,000R, and 22,000I. I don't know what 08 final splits were, but this is certainly not better for Dems than 08, and perhaps worse. If you include Is going Romney's way, especially at 10%, this is ok.

Franklin (Columbus) shows a surprising 4,000 R lead so far.

Hamilton (most, but not all of red Cincy) has a 5,500 R lead, and Starke (30,000 Dem registration advantage) has a 700 R lead. If Warren and Hamilton exceed Cuyahoga, we're good. If Franklin and Montgomery offset, we're good. If we come out of Franklin and Montgomery with a lead (assuming a Cuyahoga/Warren-Ham break even) then I think OH is safe.

Long way to go, and a lot of ifs.

Absentees are the easiest to challenge. Ask any Dim.

I hate the idea of rolling elections like this. Gives the communists 40 days of cheating rather than 1.

Absentees are weighted towards republicans as they are more likely to be out of state on business, military and are more conscientious about voting. Democrat absentees will be students, some military.

Signs of fraud would be unusual swings to democrat ballots in locations that are not heavy with democrats, or really big swings in democrat locations.

Obama Sweep! Now Leads in All Key States, Even N.C., Nevada, Colo.

By: Todd Beamon

President Barack Obama leads GOP challenger Mitt Romney, according to polls in 10 key swing states, with margins ranging from as little as 4 percentage points to as many as 12 percentage points.

This, according to Real Clear Politics, despite the president’s unpopularity and poor record of high unemployment, lost jobs and a sputtering economy.

Any news about Summit or Medina counties numbers?.....

A lot of the people who work in Cleveland live in these counties too and Summit includes the Akron area

VA does not have registration by party, so there is no way to get the party breakdown.

Yo... Michael McDonald...any chance you’ll be re-joining the Doobies...again?

(Sorry Micheal. You lost me right after you mentioned Rachel Maddow in the first paragraph of your article.)

Also this in 2008 for Franklin county:

Obama - 59.7% (334,684 votes)
McCain - 39.0% (218,478 votes)

About 44% of those votes were absentee. This year I would would expect that absentee total to push 50% of total votes in Franklin, wouldn’t ya think? So if there are more repubs requesting and returning ballots compared to dems right now, assuming they’re voting for Romney, then this in and of itself is a good indicator based on face value.

“Newsmax

Have you noticed in the past week that Newmax posts nothing favorable to Romney. They were 100% behind him. Guess George Soros paid them off too. When Newsmax turns into the Daily Kos there is trouble in Chinatown. Every day now a different negative story from Newmax, the latest PMSNBC affiliate.

A report out of Hamilton county this morning claims there have been 50,000 absentee ballot requests for that county alone, not the entire state.
I could be wrong but that certainly sounds like vote fraud is underway.
