John Leguizamo: 'Latin People for Republicans Are Like Roaches for Raid'
Breitbart ^ | 9/25/12 | Christian Toto

Sounds like comic actor John Leguizamo pines for a one political party system. Leguizamo, best known for providing the voice of Sid in four "Ice Age" movies, recently talked to CNN about his political views. “Latin people for Republicans are like roaches for raid,” he adds. “It doesn’t make sense. [Republicans are] not for us. You’re not for my values. We’re working class people mostly and blue collar. We’re your cops, we’re your firemen, we’re your carpenters and the things we need – we need to protect our unions, we need to protect our Medicare, we need to

Actually, Republicans are for leeches. Sounds like most of the people Leguizamo described. I think he got the parties and the insect confused.

"Leguizamo, best known for providing the voice of Sid in four "Ice Age" movies, "

And if you haven't seen the Ice age movies, he was the cross-dressing prisoner in Con Air. I actually thought he was a female playing a male prisoner.

Leguizamo did not appear in Con Air. An actor named Renoly Santiago played the part you were referring to.

This is what too little education, low brainpower and too much money can do to a human brain.

Unfortunately, those who listen to jerks like this have even less brainpower than he does.

We’re working class people mostly and blue collar. We’re your cops, we’re your firemen, we’re your carpenters...

What a limited opinion of his own people. Not that there's anything wrong with cops, fireman, or carpenters, but that's it?!

No doctors? No inventors? No astronauts? No architects? No businessmen? No entrepreneurs?

A little man with little vision. Perfect Democratic party spokesman for minorities.

By his own logic then, 'Latin People NOT for Republicans are like Roaches'.

BTW, although nobody's talking about it yet, if the Democrat presidential field for 2106 isn't thinned in order to give Hillary (or, God help us, Aunt Esther the School Lunch Nazi) the nomination, I guarantee you it will be either the slimy cockroach mayor of L.A. or the similar one from San Antonio. Both of whom spoke at the DNC this year.

And if you think Democrat vote fraud is bad NOW, wait until 10+ million of illegal aliens start voting enthusaistically for one of their own.

Wow - thank you for the correction. I have been mentally linking him in everything I’ve seen him in to that role in Con Air since it came out.

Rick Lazio should be the Latin person par excellence. “Lazio” is the Italian form of Latium, the region of Italy where the Latin language was first spoken.

John Leguizamo is a bisexual pretending to be married to a jewish woman. His father came to the USA as an illegal alien who pretended to be Puerto Rican so he would not get deported. There is a lot of “pretending” by the Leguizamos.

John Leguizamo: Latin people for Republicans are like roaches for raid, he adds. It doesn’t make sense. [Republicans are] not for us. You’re not for my values. We’re working class people mostly and blue collar. We’re your cops, we’re your firemen, we’re your carpenters and the things we need – we need to protect our unions, we need to protect our Medicare, we need to protect the working class person.

Where to begin, even in this short clipping?  It's astounding how shallow a person can be, and it's especially disturbing to see someone seek to represent his race by offering up something this inferior and soiled.

Latin people for Republicans are like roaches for raid, he adds.

Just imagine me trying to make a point about Latin people, and using "roaches" as the catalyst.  And yet, I'm certain this guy thinks I am the insensitive one between the two of us.

Implied here is the idea that Latinos and other Citizens who don't care for illegal immigration, have major differences between them.  We'll cover that as we go along here.  Of course it's patently false.

It doesn't make sense.  [Republicans are] not for us. You're not for my values.

Why would I not be for your values John?  Those values existed in the families of United States Citizens long before they came to the United States through LEGAL immigration whether it was in recent years, or hundreds of years ago.  Please point to once instance you know of where Republicans took Latinos to task for being working class people, mostly blue collar.  Please point to one instance where Republicans took Latinos to task for being cops, firemen, carpenters...  You're just rambling here.  This mindset of yours is based on a false premise.  That you aren't informed enough to know better than to spout off like this, reflects poorly on you.  I don't have to denigrate you, number one because it's not my nature, but you've done a bang-up job of it yourself.  You reveal yourself to be a very shallow person here.  Frankly, I'm sorry to see you do it.

...the things we need – we need to protect our unions...

I'm curious why.  Why would you need to protect your unions?  What have they done for you other than take your dues and raise your wages to the point that businesses close, and start up non-union shops?  Have you noticed that there are every few non-government related union shops these days?  Why do you think that is?  It's because unions forced private businesses out of business, and government shops can't be forced out of business.  That's how corrupted unions have become.  Frankly, they were always pretty much that corrupt.  Organized crime figured into Unions in a major way.  Study up on union history.  You'll learn quite a bit.

...
we need to protect our Medicare...

Well okay, but how are you planning to protect it?  If you're not going to buy into the Republican way, you're basically supporting the status quo.  And the status quo will result in Medicare going bust in short order.  Who gets Medicare then?  The answer is, nobody.  When nobody is getting Medicare any longer, will you be satisfied that it was protected?  Evidently so.  Why haven't you given this enough thought to realize that the Republicans are the ones who seek to make changes to a program going broke, so that some form of protection lasts on into the future?  Why haven't you studied the issue?  Why are you comfortable backing someone who tosses out platitudes to you, and doesn't really care about you at all?

...we need to protect the working class person...

You have listed a number of things here, that you seem to think Republicans disagree with.  What's sad about the listings, is that you honestly don't know the Republican stance on them.  You spout off as if the Republicans didn't like hard workers, didn't like your values, wanted to destroy Medicare, and had it in for the working class people.  Have you ever been taken down the primrose path!  You don't know the first thing about what Republicans stand for.

You have been convinced of this mainly, because Republicans don't like seeing our Republic abused.  Citizens are kind of funny that way.  They see a wave of free-loaders surge into our nation and observe what they do to local schools, local health care facilities, local state and federal programs.  Do you think Mexico would let twenty million poor U. S. Citizens self-immigrate to Mexico and demand goods and service for free?  Do you think they would allow those people to work under the table, under declare their income and demand government support?  Do you even think Mexico would allow them to stay?
The answer to these question are all no.  What's more, you damn well know it.  If you don't..., wow.

A recent poll of Latinos reflected the things this group found to be most important.  Six percent of them thought the issue of illegal immigrants was a top priority.  How could that be?  All those poor undocumented people need to become U. S. Citizens right?  Well, evidently you've got a problem on your hands.  Even your own Latino cohorts, don't want illegals to be granted citizenship, as a top priority.

Quit singling us out for agreeing with them.

Paging The Pest....Leslie Sanchez, Luis Fortuno, Marco Rubio and Adam Carolla are Republican/conservatives who are of Hispanic heritage. I think Joanna Garcia is as well but not 100% sure.

Joanna Garcia may be a Cuban-American (and a hottie), but she is a big Planned Parenthood supporter.
