On Monday's taping of ABC's "The View," President Obama said he was just "eye candy" after Barbara Walters kidded Michelle Obama about bringing him as her "date," Reuters reported.
"I've been told I'm just eye candy here," he said.
The program is set to air on Tuesday, Reuters added, noting that it "marks the first time the Obamas have appeared together on the one-hour show, which features four female hosts, including Hollywood icon Whoopi Goldberg, and is popular with middle-income women voters."
A post at Twitchy called his statement "false" and "sexist," and observed that conservatives on Twitter expressed their disgust.
"Hint... anyone is eye-candy sitting next to Joy (Behar) and Whoopi," tweeted one person.
"Full of c**p, or full of himself?" another asked.

Not beyond the realm of possibility he was told this by one of the male stagehands at "The View".
I respect the enemy in that they’re not afraid to stand up for what they believe in - even though it’s so obviously demented, at least they’re willing to fight for it.

This guy is so delusional. I think it has reached the level where he needs to seek professional help.
He sees himself as uniquely qualified to be doing what he is. And it seems as if he has developed a god complex to a certain degree.
This guy has a hard enough time paying attention to folks who agree with him, let alone those who don’t.
He doesn’t need to talk to Netanyahu, because he thinks he already knows all there is to know.
He sees the U. S. as colonial. He thinks Israel was more or less colonial, in that he thinks they stole the land on which Israel exists.
If he’s intent on eliminating the impact of the United States on world affairs, and he is, just think what his intent for Israel is.
Folks, those of you who don’t want the United States engaged in wars anymore. Those who want us to bring everyone home and just worry about our own shores from here on out.

And when there’s no one there to stop the Jihadis from assembling, from regrouping, recruiting, and training, and not only our cities but our suburbs start exploding, well... all that “Hope and Change” will be nothing more than “Obama’s chickens coming home to roost.”
