Florida is one of several states in which some races in this fall's election may come into dispute because of provisional ballots. A provisional ballot is used to record a vote when there are questions in regards to a given voter's eligibility. "In a close election, all eyes are going to be on those provisional ballots, and those same canvassing boards that were looking at pregnant chads and hanging chads back in 2000," said Daniel Smith, a political scientist at the University of Florida. "It's a potential mess.

Absentee and provisional ballots are going to be used enmasse to tilt the vote in Obama’s favor.

Even if Romney pulls off a win by a bare minimum amount I expect Obama to instigate Operation Odinga.

Considering the Constitution gives plenary power to the States to appoint Presidential electors, the courts should not have any say. Florida has statutes that deal with when to conduct recounts.

Gore v. Bush set up a horrible precedent. Multiply that by 50 and poof! goes our republic.

America needs a law stating that once “provisional ballots” reach a certain percentage (Say maybe, .5%) of votes cast in a precinct, every “provisional ballot” will be scrutinized. I think “provisional ballots” are the newest DemocRAT weapon being used against Americans in our new banana republic style “elections”. They are nothing but a way to make voter fraud easier for the 47%.

A provisional ballot is sealed and not counted until the voter comes to the elections office with the appropriate proof of his eligibility to cast a vote in that election. The onus is on the voter, and there is a time limit set in law for the proof to be produced. No proof- ballot is discarded.

One wrinkle, though. If a voter’s address changed so he wasn’t eligible to vote in a particular precinct on election day, but he is otherwise a legal voter of the state, federal law provides that his votes for any federal office (President, Congress, US Senate)are counted.
So yes- the Obama bots are likely to try to flood the precincts with provisional ballots to drag out the final count. Won’t matter unless the margin is narrow- but in Florida in could be very close. Again.
