Arizona's Sheriff Joe Arpaio, best known for his fights with undocumented immigrants, received quite a blow Tuesday from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The federal appeals court ruled Arpaio can't detain suspects based only on his belief they are here illegally, Courthouse News Service reported Wednesday.
Arpaio has garnered his fair share of headlines in the past for his harsh stance on fighting illegal immigration.
Back in June he arrested a 6-year-old girl during a raid on suspected undocumented workers.

Agreed. He should detain criminals who enter the country illegally - but it should be based on (1) the initial criminal suspicion that led to the encounter between police and the illegal alien, and (2) the failure to properly identify themselves with a valid ID in a manner that would permit law enforcement to follow up on the initial suspicion.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm....good example here of why I must read articles completely. There was one this morning about the 9th Leftist court finding in favor of SB 1070 on this, and tossing the ACLU’s case, and now this one that gleefully says Joe Arpaio was smacked down, and can’t do what the other article said he can do.
I’ll have to look the other article up, and read them both again to see what the “H” is going on here. Quite confusing when one speed reads, and then is caught later with something like this.

I don’t know a soul on the 9th circuit, but if I had to Judge them from their rulings , I would say they are all illegal alien faggots who are in love with blacks and who hate America.

I have to look it up. This morning was another article on this that said the 9th Circuit tossed the ACLU’s case against SB 1070, and it was about this same thing.
You are definitely correct about the slant by the author on this article. I think it’s intended to put the good Sheriff down, but it’s too obvious there’s an agenda here.

All of the other suspected illegal immigrants, who claimed to be from Mexico, were booked into jail.
"We enforce the human-smuggling laws here," Arpaio said. "Every chance I can get to take action on my own without turning them over to ICE, I do. Especially with the new policy the president has."

The 16 immigrants — 17 including the youngster — were found by deputies in a van in the northern part of the county.
The Sheriff’s Office says they were all smuggled into the United States from Mexico at prices between $300 and $3,500, and were on their way to be dropped off in various states.
Most of the people found were booked into an MCSO jail.
Hegstrom says the girl was taken into “protective custody” and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. The kiddo claimed to be from El Salvador.
The youngster was described as “unaccompanied” in the van.

Digger, I live next door to a hispanic, I think they may be in the country illegally.A small 2 bedroom rental home, I own my home.They harassed me,they have intimidated me, they have vandalize my yard decorations,they have a single driveway, we have a section of grass between our drive ways, they have parked on my grass, they parked 4 suv’s side by side onto a driveway meant for 2 cars. They have 4 suv’s , they parked the 4 suv’s, with two 2 suv’s were illegally , parked on my property, they left tire ruts, turned my grass into a mud trail of tire tracks and ruts, they have attempted to come over and steal a section of my property,they decided to take over about 10 feet over his property line and took it upon themselves to steal 10 feet of my property, they moved all my flower pots over onto what they think is my side, They have destroyed and ran over my solar lights. They tresspass their space is all used up . I have a bigger lot than they do.They have small lot. I went over there I told them everything they have done and I advised him, this shat has gone on long enough, Next time the police will be out, I will press chargres, I indicated park on my greas and I will have your suv towed. He reply what was,what you think because we are mexicans we are afraid of the police, pleas, please do call them.. I setup small pieces of pvc pipe, I put flower pots in places he would have to get out his suv and moved them to get out of his driveway that has 4 suv’s double parked.All the time I was taken pic’s. I next put big rocks down to keep him off my grass, he moved them and again I took pic’s. I went over there and told him, I am watching him amd his family and this was the final warning. I stated it may take a week or 2 weeks or 4 weeks,sooner or later I will catch you. I assured him leagl action will be taken. All in all I took a stand and after all was said and done, the family was not laughing and smiling with the F-—————YOu. This may not not be much to you, but it cost him over $ 2500.00 in fines, reparing my yard,impound fee’s, etc.etc. I at least took action against these hispanics who i suspect were in the country illegally. I took action and got results.Tell me what have you done ? FYI I had pics dated to prove everyone of my claims. This may be a small matter to you... You may not of did nothing. I did do something and I would do it all over again.

And the Ninth Circus has been slapped down dozens of times by the SC for its illegal and preposterous rulings. The first order of business after Romney is sworn in is to impeach 90% of these cockroaches for sedition.
The second order of business is to declare California a state in insurrection, dust off the Reconstruction laws and appoint a military governor to tear that fascist state apart, limb by limb.
A decision by the 9th circut only means a delay until justice is served!
