Now the United States Supreme Court is reviewing a petition for a retrial, a filing that was joined by Mexico’s president-elect, Enrique Peña Nieto, who contends that there is a widespread perception that Mexican nationals cannot get a fair trial in Texas, and says that is “bad for the citizens of both our countries.”...........When he takes office he needs to address the the country of Mexico and tell them to stay far,far away from America. Example..My people I urge you to remain in Mexico, if arrested and any of you be in Texas, be warned, Mexicans nationals cannot get a fair trial in Texas. Please remain in Mexico.. Everybody locked up says the same thing.. I am locked up for a crime I did not commit:Mexico always has time and money for illegals here .Mexico crimes are so under control the new Mexico’s president-elect,can meddle in American affairs.

It never amazes when the NY Times takes the side of a convicted criminal but it does amaze me when they cite “reading Bible stories” as a character enhancer yet when white conservatives read Bible stories, the Times thinks there is something sinister and suspicious about them.

Lemme see if I understand. No matter what really happened here, she was the babysitter and supposed to be watching the little kid, right? Cry me a river, then send Mexico the legal bills.

Gee, maybe she should have stayed in Mexico instead of coming here ILLEGALLY.

I'll bet her kids are here and on the dole. We probably pay the foster parents who raise them, too.

The principle to justify Supreme Court intervention is that the defendant didn't have the resources of the State.

Who does?

in the bleak scrublands of Central Texas

This (10 miles outside Gatesville, Texas) is as close to heaven as I'll ever get. You can kiss my red neck, bleak scrubland, TEXAS ass.

Right. Just like those backwards, third-world laws down in Mexico give US citizens a fair shake.

I get so freaking tired of Mexico whining all of the time.
