Part 1 of 3 Probably the last place you want to think of terrorists striking is your kids' school. But according to two trainers at an anti-terrorism conference on the East Coast, preparations for attacks on American schools that will bring rivers of blood and staggering body counts are well underway in Islamic terrorist camps.
The intended attackers have bluntly warned us they're going to do it. They're already begun testing school-related targets here.They've given us a catastrophic model to train against, which we've largely ignored and they've learned more deadly tactics from. "We don't know for sure what they will do. No one knows the future. But by definition, a successful attack is one we are not ready for," declared one of the instructors, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman. Our schools fit that description to a "T"-as in Terrorism and Threat.
Grossman, the popular law enforcement motivational speaker, and Todd Rassa, a trainer with the SigArms Academy and an advisory board member for The Police Marksman magazine, shared a full day's agenda on the danger to U.S. schools at a recent three-day conference on terrorist issues, sponsored by the International Assn. of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI) in Atlantic City.
They reminded the audience that patrol officers, including perhaps some with their own children involved, will inevitably be the first responders when terrorists hit. And they documented chilling descriptions of the life-or-death challenges that likely will be faced.

Thanks a bunch. The above is a link to a threat to a local school the other week. It was on an obscure on-line site, and from an IP address in Sweden. The police still think it was from a local student that routed it through Sweden. But no suspects, or any other information to date....
The headline mentions “...but don’t get the message”.
Foreshadowing of what your article talks about, but in this case is about how parents and students didn’t get the automated message not to go to school that day.
Beat me to it. Yeppers. Another Beslan is coming and this time to the USA. Our intel agencies will know about it and do absolutely nothing like they have with so many other acts of Muzzie terrorism here and abroad.

You are correct, this will be the game changer for the Muslims. No more will they be able to claim that Islam is the religion of peace, when this happens, and it will happen, Islam will have no friends in the USA, even the MSM will know better than to back the wrong horse.

Since most educational facilities are pretty much guaranteed “gun free”, any attack by a determined force would certainly be effective.
Having said that, the US elected a guy named Baraq Hussein 7 years after 9/11 so I’m not too optimistic.
Yes, this would be their last mistake. Nobody ever said they were smart, but this would be a monumental strategic blunder that would become an example for the rest of human history.

A few years ago, when my youngest was in the 5th grade I volunteered at his school as part of the “WatchDogs” group. It was an eyeopening experience. The task was to assist the teachers part of the day, but the rest of the time you spent patrolling the school grounds. Unarmed, of course.
That was when I realized exactly what the jihadists could do to bring this nation to its knees. The author seems to talk in terms of a single school being targeted and the possibility of having 100-300 children killed. I don’t think that is the planned scenario. Instead, I would expect them to activate cells across the country (and yes, we all know they are here) attacking as many schools as possible simultaneously. The potential for devastation is unimaginable.
Schools are the softest of soft targets. Aside from the complete absence of personnel with firearms, the politically correct mindset of the teaching establishment makes them even more vulnerable as they will fight preparations against such a possibility arguing that even preparing is racist and will scare the children.
I drive a school bus, which means I risk running afoul of the law banning guns on school property. I can pick the little cherubs up with one tucked in my belt, but heaven forbid if I get caught on school property dropping them off!
Screw it. I’ll take that risk and hope for a jury of my peers.
I believe in my heart that some future terrorist attack on American soil will be foiled by a humble citizen with a gun. Johnny-on-the-spot will save the day.
