The solution is simple. Just lower the standards for everyone else. After all, that’s what’s happened in politics, right? I mean, how many impeachable offenses has 0bama committed.. 10, 20.. Illegal recess appointments, War in Libya, overturning Fed Immigration Law, falsified BP oil spill committee report, Fast & Furious, refusal to enforce DOMA, tampering with General Motors, misleading American about 0bamacare; not a tax then argues it as a tax at SCOTUSk, SOLYNDRA.. LIES LIES LIES!!!!

Public schools are becoming more like prisons for yutes every day.
The only “white” kids in Oakland Public Schools are kids from families, which can’t afford private schools. In any event, white kids represent only 7 % of the school population. It’s all a scam!

Jeez! Look, I didn’t like authority figures at that age either, but a teacher’s got to be able to keep order in his or her class. If you talk back, you’ve earned the suspension, whether you’re white, black, or martian.
As for threatening or attempting to an injure a teacher - that should be EXPULSION, not suspension. And with a follow up call to law enforcement.
Now, I’m not going to say there aren’t hot-headed teachers and their occasionally might be a kid who gets a raw deal. That happened to me in high school a couple of times. But I’m not buying that is the norm, or even a significant exception.
As for “changing the dynamic” or whatever nonsense is being espoused here, it’s missing the mark. It all starts in the home. Kids raised to be respectful of their elders and behave decently towards everyone else are going to have fewer suspensions than someone who screams “you’re picking on my baby!” every time their kid gets in trouble.

Homeschooling isn’t super expensive.
Churches and such participate in things like HFH.
Why couldn’t something similar be set up for parents who don’t want their children in public school (the parents could help support the program by donating a skill they have, cleaning, mechanics?)? Retirees and people who wish to volunteer could teach/partner.
People start a network of volunteers, the kids would need to make the grade and not be a behavior problem to stay in. I don’t know, haven’t thought it through much.
It would also help pull children from the liberal marxist indoctrination.

Instead of discipline, why don’t the school systems just give each of the unruly black 3rd graders a high school diploma marked “distinguished” and let them graduate early.
In 1980`s Oakland schools deployed armed guards in Oakland high and Tech.-I wonder why?
Someday soon government schools will be required to conform to Equal Outcome Education.
The norms expected for all students will be defined down to that of the lowest common denominator.
And the lowest common denominator is the underacheiving black students.
Schools will be required to withhold schooling from non-black students once they test to a defined level.
The average levels achieved by black students will be set as the upper limits permitted for non-blacks.
Once an Asian or white student tests up to the limit of the average black their government school education will be considered complete.
If the government can’t raise the average black kids up they will force the non-black kids down to the black levels.
We are on our way to becoming the New World Africa.
The problem is the suspension itself. Instead of giving these criminals-in-training free time off from school they should make them serve their suspension as part of the local prison chain gang.
Let’s see them screw-up after that.
