CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — A group of teens violently attacked a mentally challenged woman at random in Chester and recorded the entire incident on tape.
During the vicious attack, which was later posted on Facebook, the teens could be heard screaming obscenities and even laughing.
Police say on Thursday morning, an anonymous Chester resident alerted police of the taped incident that was apparently posted on Facebook.
The video starts as the group of teen girls are walking down Morton Avenue. Several seconds into the video, one of the girls casually walks up to the 48-year-old victim, who was sitting on her front step, and began to punch and beat the victim.
The attack then leads inside the woman’s home, at which point several other teens join in on the attack.
In the video, it appears the teens are laughing throughout the entire ordeal, but instead of stopping, they complain of how much the woman’s home “stinks.”
Investigators say the attack lasted about 90 seconds. The video then shows the teens running out of the victim’s home.
Police believe the attack happened possibly Tuesday night just after 9.
“That’s one of the more horrific, savage attacks I’ve seen,” Chester Police Commissioner Joseph Bail said.
Police say the victim did not notify authorities after the assault, but did seek medical treatment. The victim didn’t contact police it’s believed due to her diminished mental capacity. The victim was not seriously injured.

Bail said four of the six suspects have been arrested and all six will be charged as adults. Police do know the identities of the two girls at large. The four girls arrested are expected to be arraigned Friday morning on felony aggravated assault charges.

The proportion of black crime to white crime is not even close. At app 12% of the population, blacks lead per capita in all crime, and lead in outright numbers in some crime, including rape. They lead in large numbers in interracial crime, especially black-on-white rape. The white-on-black rape percentage is statistically negligible.
I know-I was just considering the irony of that.
I found the comments section quite enlightening-and just a little heartening. People are beginning to open their eyes to reality, but it’s a race against time as to whether enough will in time.

The interesting thing, as well, is what was the race of the victim? Her two neighbors who comment on the beating were white; gives pause doesn’t it? Of course they’re not saying because she probably was white.

African Americans have long refused to ask the question about why so many African Americans revert to violence and crime. As a young Hispanic woman, I have been looking for an answer to that question regarding members of my own ethnicity.
When misguided Liberal politicians treat human beings like they treat animals in a zoo -- by feeding them, clothing them, housing them, training them and taking care of their medical needs -- then why does it surprise us when those human beings revert to animal-like violence? After all, part of the human experience is to take responsibility for one's actions. When the government takes this responsibility, you no longer know how to behave.
Language, cultural differences and poverty don't cause this. After all, there are many different minority groups that are a segment that are poor but for whom the statistics vary little in terms of criminal activity. And, of course, there have been many poor people in this country for centuries who didn't laugh when they beat up a woman.
This is a result of the "new slavery" -- in which certain segments of society are in chains to the bones of welfare that are thrown to them by some politicians who long for power.
When a large segment of a culture is willing to forsake their longstanding moral and religious views on issues like abortion and the goals of homosexual activists by voting in the pro-abortion or pro-homosexual activist politicians simply because those politicians promise a few more entitlement perks, then that culture will go into a steady decline.
If you don't believe me, then I dare you to walk through the government projects in any major city after 10 PM at night. If you feel any less safe than walking in the suburbs or small-town America, then you aren't being honest with yourself.

If they are going to be charged as adults, what are their names and ages?
Upon arrest, I would charge these girls with the crime and make them face it with the responsibility of an adult during the trial. If convicted, I would make them serve sentence as an adult although maybe in a separate wing due to their age. It is time we make people responsible and accountable for their actions, even at a young age, it is the only way they will learn.
The attackers are also mentally challenged. Their IQ is probably lower than a gorilla. That makes them animals. Now, the question always is “What is the solution?”
And by the way, I’m sure they filmed it with their “obama phone”.
