CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — A group of teens violently attacked a mentally challenged woman at random in Chester and recorded the entire incident on tape.
During the vicious attack, which was later posted on Facebook, the teens could be heard screaming obscenities and even laughing.
Police say on Thursday morning, an anonymous Chester resident alerted police of the taped incident that was apparently posted on Facebook.
The video starts as the group of teen girls are walking down Morton Avenue. Several seconds into the video, one of the girls casually walks up to the 48-year-old victim, who was sitting on her front step, and began to punch and beat the victim.
The attack then leads inside the woman’s home, at which point several other teens join in on the attack.
In the video, it appears the teens are laughing throughout the entire ordeal, but instead of stopping, they complain of how much the woman’s home “stinks.”
Investigators say the attack lasted about 90 seconds. The video then shows the teens running out of the victim’s home.
Police believe the attack happened possibly Tuesday night just after 9.
“That’s one of the more horrific, savage attacks I’ve seen,” Chester Police Commissioner Joseph Bail said.
Police say the victim did not notify authorities after the assault, but did seek medical treatment. The victim didn’t contact police it’s believed due to her diminished mental capacity. The victim was not seriously injured.

Bail said four of the six suspects have been arrested and all six will be charged as adults. Police do know the identities of the two girls at large. The four girls arrested are expected to be arraigned Friday morning on felony aggravated assault charges.

Blacks do this type of thing but so do inner city poor white girls and boys. In some of the charity work I do, I hear the stories about young white girls forming a gang that will go beat up another girl or the sister or other family member of someone. Blacks do this because they are most exposed to Welfare Culture but when whites get caught up in the dependency cycle, they become just as animal-like. They spend their days living on government checks, drinking and doing things like this.
I grew up in Queens, NYC during the 60's - 70's. Plenty of white kids on welfare. No one feared gangs of white girls or boys attacking them on the subways or buses. No fear of the Puerto Ricans either.
It was always the gangs of black girls. They made traveling anywhere by mass transit a nightmare.
Doesn't seem to be particularly upset about it. I almost expected to see, "...those crazy kids! Whaddaya gonna do?" at the end.
Its starting to happen. I see it. I’m not excusing blacks who do this but if we think that its just blacks, we are fooling ourselves. White inner-city girls are graduating from high school (or dropping out), getting pregnant so they can start collecting government checks and then spending their days boozing and drugging it up and engaging in this type of violent behavior, many times to protect their “turf” or to keep other girls away from their boyfriends or because someone “disrespected” them or whatever. It may not have happened in the 60s and 70s but it is happening now.
Some Christians are extremists who commit crimes, but comparing them to Muslims is ridiculous. Same goes for comparing whites to blacks. Have fun standing up for blacks, you’ll be very busy.
I haven’t seen the video but I’m going to go out on a limb and speculate that, this being Pennsylvania and all, these were probably Dutch-Irish youths or wayward Amish.

When we start seeing gangs of white girls beating up old ladies and men and then posting it on youtube I will believe you.

Some black people are responsible for the collapse of their communities. And it’s blacks who need to do something about it. No amount of government money will make black teens behave.
In this PC society, there will never be random, epidemic attacks by whites upon solitary or weak blacks “just for the fun of it”. If whites ever launch racially-motivated attacks upon blacks, it will be because PC has utterly failed in some catastrophic matter, which will mean that society has self-destructed, and it won’t be random roving gangs of whites looking for black victims.

Exactly. Even though whites are the majority population, they have the lowest level of gang participation (even lower than Asians). And the most white-trash meth-cooking holler in the hills usually isn’t a hotbed of violence and “turf protection”.
There is a whole website dedicated to mostly videos of black violence, filmed of themselves by themselves then proudly posted for all the world to see, called “worldwide hip-hop”. I don’t have the actual link as I don’t go to the website, the clips I’ve seen posted elsewhere are disgusting enough.
As do I. But this has not been going on for the past three years. Back in 1985 I was 13 and went to RUN DMC concert with my Brother and a friend. When we left a group of older (in their 20s) blacks attacked me and my friend. Punched him and slapped me. Their line was “ Eenie meanie minie moe which white boy should go”. So this has been going on for 30+ years. And after that I still thought blacks were good people until the 92 Riots and OJ and then I started seeing the true nature of the victim society. I am not racist now, i judge people on who they are and their character, but seeing this happening now and being called “Racist” for everything, I say to hell with them. I will be racist if they think I am. F_ EM!

Just by reading the headlines I knew who.
I believe they are getting to the point where we are desensitized to their violence.
The only answer to this problem is fight back and use superior weapons.

yes, we all know about the malignant increase in white trash, brought about by blatant discrimnation against them in all shapes and forms,I might add....but is it common for groups of white trash to walk along and beat up a single black?....NO......
