CBS Radio News "Now at least Federal authorities might be able to punish the filmmaker"... "
CBS news ^ | Sep 28, 2012 | Dan Raviv

Posted on 09/28/2012 10:14:41 AM PDT by Tirian

Short CBS newscast at noon (ET) Friday on the filmmaker taken into custody on probation violations. I was taken aback by Raviv say, and I checked the broadcast posted at the URL to make sure I had heard right.

Asterisks indicate spoken emphasis in the broadcast:

ANCHOR (Steve Kathan) "The man behind the anti-Islam video that sparked outrage in the Muslim world is still in jail in Los Angeles for a probation violation.

RAVIV "I'm Dan Raviv in Washington. The short movie posted on YouTube has had a lot of diplomatic impact. It was *clearly* designed to insult the Prophet Mohammed, and a senior Obama administration official told CBS News last week that no one in the Middle East seems to believe that the US government could not stop the film from getting out. Now at least Federal authorities might be able to *punish* the filmmaker."

ANCHOR The Dow is down 69. This is CBS News."

--------------------

OK, this was only a short newscast, but it seemed dance very close to blurring the line between punishment for probation violation and for the film.

How obama, the courts and the government do a lot of things is beyond ALL of us.

If they can order you not to use the internet, they can order you not to use the phone, listen to the radio, watch T.V. or speak at all. Most people you tell this to will say “Oh, they won’t go that far.”

It was a judge who ordered him not to use the internet for a specific period of time. How that judge had the right to do that is beyond me.

That is actually a fairly common condition of probation. The thing to remember about conditions of probation is that the alternative is jail.

Actually they want to go further, much further. zer0, hilery, the communists, and the islamists have made a deal. The media is being paid well to lie to Americans. Best be prepared, and dagnabit, I wish I was wrong.

Make no mistake about it. The press is a Fifth Column propaganda arm of the Marxist-Muslim insurgency in our government.

It is a Federal Blasphemy arrest. I don’t expect it to happen but would notbe terribly surprised if the kenyan extradites the fellow to Egypt if he can get Morsi to demand it.

Judges have wide latitude to impose whatever they wish as parole terms. The person can refuse and do jail time. But if they accept probabtion then they accept the terms. I suppose a judge could order him to stand on his head in public every day and recite apologies if he wished.

They guy is screwed if he violated parole terms. Normally nothing would happen but now the feds are after him and will find a way to screw him over, e.g. Jaywalking, whatever it takes

Scapegoat Number One

Watch for Obama to have a few more blown up by a drone in Libya around the middle of October.

He will be America’s Hero, spiking the football again all the way to November 6.

I’m starting to wonder if perhaps the entire Libya and Egyptian 9/11 embassy attacks aren’t an orchestrated set up.

A September Surprise.

If you are on probation--that is, if you have been convicted of a crime--the court can order you to do a lot of things in lieu of imprisoning you.

Interesting that Nakoula the film maker is also a FedMob stooge.

Producer Of Anti-Islam Film Was Fed Snitch
L.A. man began cooperating after 2009 fraud bust

Interesting that Nakoula's websites track back to connections with 0bama.

Proof Positive - In My Opinion (who created Innocence of Muslims)(Obama)

Interesting that Nakoula's partner in the film was a palestinian Muslim with terrorist connections who was also watched by the Feds for three decades but never arrested and frequently bailed out by the Feds.

Why is the Coptic Christian filmmaker partners in crime with Coptic Christian hater?

Innocence of Muslims made by Terrorists

Nikoula and Eiad may have made the film.
Someone else has been handling distribution and promotions.

If CBS actually exercised their 1st Amendment rights, they'd be against this.

Obama and his box of rocks, his administration, are criminally libel and I hope some constitutional lawyer takes the filmmakers case.

Interesting, now how long do you suppose he lives when all he has to do is point his finger back at the WH.

Conspiracy thinking or not, I feel this whole thing was an inside WH job gone bad.

Zero need to keep the "I Killed Osama" going, but it lost traction. When I heard the terrorist say "We are All Osama's", something began to smell OBAMA.

Zero's October Surpise would be to go in and arrest all those OSAMA's, send in the FBI, be the HERO. lol.

I think the whole thing was ELECTION motivated, and will hopefully get him impeached, and destroy hillery for good.

He can’t be punished for making a movie. But he can lose probation and be incarcerated for the previous crime.
