I hope you come around when Romney wins to eat crow

LOL! I would gladly eat crow to see Obama concede. But I didn't make a prediction. All I said was that I see nothing to convince me that Romney's ahead at this point.

The fact that you can accuse someone of refusing to hear you just DRIPS with hypocrisy.

Next time, try using some actual content and facts to make an argument instead of once again, taking your precious ball and going home.

Do what you like with your vote, no one said that you couldn’t or shouldn’t. But the fact that you would like to use it to aid Obama does speak volumes. Voting for anyone but Romney does that, and no amount of “justification” is going to change that. At this point, I think you are just doing it to spite the people who actually care about what happens to this country.

But hey, you’ve still got your principles, whatever those happen to be.

Bravo! I wish you would post that to every unappeasable purist on FR on every thread. Very well said!

Let me say, I do hope you change your mind.

My core values don’t agree with Bush43, Bush41, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Herbert Hoover.

Granted of the above listed some were better than others. However, We’ve been getting stuck with pukes like this for 90 years. The GOP has been “progressive compliant”, and have for a long time.

That being said I’d still vote for any one of them over Obama.

You’re not going to change 90 years of GOP progressive compliance over night.

Friend, I'm tired of playing chump for the GOP. With the nomination of Romney, they're now officially indistinguishable from the Commie party.

I believe in the ideals and traditions that made this country great. There are leaders on our side of the aisle who would be willing to defend, advance, and protect those values, if our people would ony get behind them.

It's not a pipe dream. We could have had such a person as our nominee this time around if more Republican voters felt as strongly about this as I do.

It's a crime of historic proportions that one of the better candidates didn't win the nomination this go-round. I'm angry and disgusted about this process, and in no mood to just give up and support that which I can't defeat within the means afforded by our system.

I feel as though I'm watching the Tea Party commit mass suicide. Just when we needed a revolution, our army has thrown in with a man who represents everything the other side believes in. By giving such a man their solemn vote, they are abandoning the one thing that no one has the power to take from them - their personal integrity. Once a person has crossed that line, there's no coming back.

These are my beliefs and they are sacred to me. I will not be moved.

Thank you for the civil reply.
