It appears to me that we are the only ones concerned about this cover-up. A letter from a few senators will go unanswerwed and this situation is forgotten.
I question how far in advance this could have been planned. Why was Amb. Stevens in Benghazi instead of at the embassy in Tripoli? I heard he was there to coordinate some medical facilties or something. How far in advance would that be announced?
Does the Dept. of State make a habit of announcing the schedules of their personnel? If so, they are asking for attacks.
It is almost like the administration is trying to make excuses for Islamist criminal behavior.
Do you remember exactly when the movie was first mentioned as the cause of the violence and who was the first to mention the movie? Was it the administration or was it the media or was it a Muslim source?

I would be so incredibly outraged if my son’s torture and murder was being characterized as an accidental death with friendly Libyans helpfully & respectfully carrying him to the hospital.
She tried to convince us they were trying to save him - not celebrating over his corpse.
The movie was first mentioned by the embassy in Cairo as the reason for the protests in Egypt, before the protests began. It was not connected to the Libya attacks until the next morning, but since I am on the west coast, I don’t know exactly how that played out.
