Poor sad and pathetic Lori Monroe, cancer patient can’t be bothered to sign a form and send it back to the registrar in her city. I wonder how many Lori Monroes the L.A. Times had to troll through to find the most simpothetic and pathetic Lori Monroe. I wonder if Lori Monroe calls the L.A. Times when her proprerty tax bill comes in the mail, or does she write a check and put it in the mail?
