I especially find these insights interesting:

1) How involved Mitt was in the process...he met with them etc.
2) How family-centered he truly was.
3) The frugality.....that’s something to notice with regard to how he would run government.
4) Not being afraid to work...not hiring a moving company.
5) How having alcohol in the house for guests does a good job of showing how he is tolerant of other beliefs.

Fascinating story. Who knows if it’s true, but to be frank, the guy posted it on his website and don’t think he would risk his reputation if it weren’t.

Yeah, because the “news” media will ignore this like it was the plague (which they probably think it is to their selected boy-king).

Interesting thing about Romney. I still don’t like him mainly being East Coast Establishment and how he had Herman Cain chased out of the primary process but I also want Outstanding Leader Obama out. If Romney brings frugality to the government, that would be a very good thing.

Yeah, I sent it to Drudge, but doubt even he will run it just because it’s a personal story, not necessarily proven.

But I wish this would get out...would do wonders for making Mitt real to people.

Impressed.

I wish others could be impressed and he could win.

I still think he is showing limited enthusiasm. I don’t get it all at all.

The loony left’s character assassinations are BS as usual. They’re the ones who run communists and people who lie about their military record. All of this unnoticed by the MSM.

The story is old and recirculated now. Read it at least a month ago, with pictures. For this reason Drudge may not show interest.

an interesting report. Again, his personal frugalness appears.

I saw another article from the same Prewitts talking about a vacation home they purchased from Romney, with fancy woodwork and handmaid knobs, 10,000 ft^2, log cabin located on a scenic perch. This article treats Romney like he was a humble man living in a humble house. It’s propaganda.

What's so great about that? obama probably has cases of pint bottles of Ripple (and the brown bags to keep them in, when passing them around), six-packs of Colt .45 in every closet and cabinet, and on the coffee table, candy dishes of crack cocaine, blow and reefers. And, buckets of ribs and wings.

He wants all his guests to feel at home.

“Who knows if it’s true...”

It would be easy enough to find out if a couple with these same names bought the Romney’s house. I doubt anyone would make up a story like that when the central fact can be checked so easily.

Knowing what we do, I doubt this is fabrication, which is why Obie will not be able to beat him. You can’t demonize the choir boy, (or boys) and that is how Obie has won every election: demonize, disqualify, open sealed divorce records, and generally slime the opponent Alinsky style. Not gonna’ work on R & R.

Yeah it is old, but I had not seen it posted here yet....and at least this article isn’t too old, just a few weeks.

Never mind the biased, corrupt, leftist, enemedia, what I can't wait for are the reactions from the handful of Freepers who absolutely hate Mitt and Mormons.

Bet they do their best to spin this and suggest it was all made up or something Romney "paid" someone to say.

Ann Romney said a couple of weeks ago that Mitt likes to buy his shirts from Costco...the 3 for 1 pack.

She was trashed for lying...but somehow I believe it.

Thanks for the ping. “Frugal” is a good word for me, and it is certainly something we need in government at all levels.
