...Internal Homeland Security documents obtained by the House Judiciary Committee reveal that President Obama's administration has inflated the figures to achieve its so-called historic deportation numbers. These documents show that administration officials have fabricated their statistics by adding more than 140,000 removals to their deportation figures for the past two years.
Since 2011, the Obama administration has included in its year-end deportation statistics more than 100,000 removals from a Border Patrol program that returns illegal immigrants to Mexico right after they cross the border. It’s dishonest to count illegal immigrants apprehended by the Border Patrol along the border as removals. These are actually returns, where the illegal immigrant is simply turned around and escorted across the border to another location. The illegal immigrant is not subject to any statutory civil or criminal penalties or bars for returning to the United States. This means a single illegal immigrant can show up at the border, be removed numerous times in a single year and be counted each time as a removal...
...The administration has all but abandoned worksite enforcement actions. Over the past three years, worksite enforcement has plummeted by 70 percent. Under this administration, there have been fewer illegal workers arrested, fewer criminal arrests, fewer indictments and fewer convictions. This means illegal workers continue to take jobs away from unemployed Americans.
Without worksite enforcement, we can’t stop employers from hiring illegal workers. As long as the jobs magnet exists, millions of illegal immigrants will come to the United States and take jobs from lawful workers.
Mr. Obama and his administration also have granted blanket amnesty to potentially millions of illegal immigrants. This policy strikes another blow at the millions of unemployed American workers. This massive amnesty allows illegal immigrants to receive work authorization and puts more Americans on the unemployment rolls.

The lackeys on the talk shows keep spouting off that obama has deported more than anyone in history. Tell them these facts and they’ll repeat that obama has deported more than anyone in history. And they’ll keep repeating it as fact and the media will keep reporting it as fact.
Univision is doing a bombshell expose about the devastating effects of Fast and Furious on innocent MEXICAN CIVILIANS tomorrow night. If it is half as hardhitting as it purports to be, it might be a gamechanger. These guns, they say, are all over Latin America still. obama has so much blood on his hands.

Unfortunately, even at Free Republic, there seems to be a yawning indifference to stories like this.
The information in this article was published at least a month ago by the Center for Immigration Studies, and posted here at FR by me.
To me, the immigration issue is even more critical than our debt and spending issues.
If Obama is reelected, we are going to have Amnesty.
When we get Amnesty, Texas will vote Democrat, and American Conservatism will die.
Exactly!! Illegal immigration is not a “blessing of vibrant, wonderful diversity” that is “enriching” us. It is a CURSE...a curse because this country is rejecting God.

That would be nice, but I don’t see how it could be a game changer. The media has already proven they will not cover this issue. And why should they? They love Obama and hate the Second Amendment, so covering this just doesn’t fit the agenda.
And Hispanics aren’t going to break in any significant way for Romney or away from Obama. On most issues, they are natural Democrats and they will vote that way.
