Actually, nothing in Judaism would address being eaten BY pigs, unless it was murder/suicide or the like.

Now, participating in the raising of pigs for food by Jews, serving of pigs to Jews, and eating pig would be an issue.

Being eaten by them, well, that just shows that G-d might have had a point about them.

That was a painful death. Wild animals go for the throat to kill it's prey faster
in order to avoid injury that could be life threatening. Hogs otoh just start
chewing and ripping at whatever is softest like the face and arms. Ouch..
