Officer involved shooting in Naco

NACO - The Cochise County Sheriff's Department is on the scene of an officer involved shooting in Naco. The shooting comes less than a day after a Border Patrol Agent was shot and killed in the area.

The Cochise County Sheriff's Department tells News 4 Bisbee Police were pursuing a motorcyclist who failed to yield on Naco Highway. When the motorcyclist finally stopped, the suspect fired at officers, who returned fire. The suspect then ran off.

How can trained officers all miss a fleeing target? All their pistols jammed? No excuse unless they were under covering fire.

Apparently Border Patrol agents getting shot and killed is starting to look bad for Obama so now they are allowed to shoot back with real bullets when shot at. Change of rules.
