THE WEEKLY STANDARD has obtained this new political ad that knocks President Obama for saying the al Qaeda terrorist attack in Libya is a bump in the road:
The thirty-second spot will soon be airing in the battleground state of Virginia, and possibly elsewhere. It is courtesy of Special Operations OPSEC PAC, which is made up of former military and intelligence officials.
"President Obama wanted credit after our military killed bin Laden," the ad's narrator says. "Highly classified secrets were leaked, endangering real heroes and their families. But when terrorists killed SEALs and diplomats in Libya, this administration does not tell the truth about what happened. And the president says, it's just a bump in the road. There is nothing acceptable about playing politics with national security and American lives. Aren't some things more important than politics?"
The closing video text asks: "Politics before patriotism?"
The ad's narrator is Scott Taylor, a former Navy SEAL. The buy--the amount of money behind the airing of this ad--is significant.

(obama kills and none dare call it treason.)
Excellent and hard hitting. Drives the point home in a simple, direct way.

(That noise you hear is our Founding Fathers spinning in their graves.)
It is very good, and I still want someone to respond to the NYT article this morning regarding campaign finance between the two camps for the home stretch.
Who is lying to whom. We’ve been told for days, weeks, and months that Mitt-RNC would have at least a $50 million cash advantage for the home stretch. The NYT article blows a hole in that promise.

His most recent action says it all.
Obama/Clinton were warned about the situation in Libya - the ambassador was begging them for security - they ignored his pleas and left him defenseless.
When the inevitable happened, Obama immediately lashed out in anger - not at the Muslims who merely did what they always do - but at the FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION.
The press practically blacked out the story, but when they did run it they covered for Obama/Clinton by blaming:
- A film
- The CIA
- Intelligence Failure
In short, everyone and anyone but Obama/Clinton.
Obama vented his anger on the First Amendment of the US Constitution... a document that he is charged with defending and the only thing that separates our society from the animals that rampage about unleashed in the Islamic world.

(Abu Ghraib: 47 Times on the front page of the NY Times | Benghazi: 2 Times)
The NY Times has been wrong on everything. Last week the race was over. This week it's a deadlock. Don't buy anything they publish. The RNC is locked and loaded, having spent almost nothing to date. They are going to spend big down the stretch.
This from Jay Cost this morning...
...Second, Team Romney has been raising money hand over fist as we all know but have largely held off in spending it. So has the broader GOP constellation the Romney campaign, the RNC, and the super PACs. To appreciate that point, consider the following chart of total advertising spending from the GOP through mid-August.
Its worth keeping in mind that, as of August 31, that Romney, the RNC, and Restore Our Future had about $191 million dollars on hand to spend. Clearly, very little of it was spent on television ads in September.
Why? The answer gets back to the first chart: The core swing voters are just now starting to make up their minds. Recall Romneys basic theory of the race: he has 47 percent of the vote locked in, and so does Obama; that means it is a battle for that final 6 percent. These people are not won via a marathon, but by a sprint through this month; via television advertising as well as the debates, they come to make up their minds.
The polls right now are pushing these people to offer a tentative opinion, but as a recent Rasmussen poll showed, only something like 43 percent of Obama and Romneys voters are totally locked in. There is a lot of room for movement; it will happen mostly in October; and thats why the GOP has largely held off spending its vast cash reserves.
Or, as was supposedly said during the Battle of Bunker Hill: Dont fire until you see the whites of their eyes.
