According to the U.S. Census Bureau's population estimates, Utah was the fastest-growing state in the United States as of 2008. When we were in Ireland vacationing, we discovered that they call a lot of pork products bacon.

Its probably good stuff. I had the black (blood) pudding for breakfast and it was great!
On the other hand, I love chicken livers sauteed in red wine. Also, sardines and anchovies.
