MSNBCs liberal pundits are seemingly none-too-pleased with President Obamas debate performance.
Especially Chris Matthews, the host who famously said that the president sent a thrill up his leg during the 2008 Democratic primaries.
Clearly disappointed in Obamas performance, Matthews lamented to host Rachel Maddow: This tonight wasnt an MSNBC debate, was it? It just wasnt, he said.
I dont know what he was doing out there. He had his head down. He was enduring the debate rather than fighting it. Romney came out with a campaign, continued Matthews.

Another great thread about Mr. Tingles losing it last night....
An alarmed Chris Matthews was hysterical after President Obama turned in a poor debate performance. "I don't know what he was doing there." Chris Matthews exclaimed. "He had his head down. He was enduring rather than fighting." "What was Romney doing?" asked Matthews. "He was winning." Link to article and video
I love it when America's enemies come unglued.

Well....”O” was being himself.
The rest of of were NOT shocked... but the Liberal morons were !!! :)
Next time... mark me, before Liberals sit still for another very public and certainly, richly deserved a%$ kicking like this, they will pull the plug on the whole thing.... literally!!
After all, there IS a precedent for it... remember the Carter debate?

Sounds like Mr. Tingles was having a bad night. Maybe Obama will find some very special way to make it up to him.

Obama and Matthews are intellectual midgets. Romney and Ryan are two of the sharpest minds in public life in American today. There is no way to disguise this fact.

Chrissy, you know very well that Obama only comes off well as a public speaker when someone else composes all the words he is going to say and puts them in large type on a TelePrompTer.
He cannot wing it, he cannot speak extemporaneously, he cannot handle questions unless he knows precisely what is going to be asked beforehand.
You always knew this, Chrissy - you should have been prepared to spin this. You are lazy. More salads. More crunches.

So true, and I believe it’s going to take 3 more debate smack downs to win this election. The Marxist and his minions will come to the next battle better prepared, so I hope R&R are ready.

You’re exactly right about that.
It is typical though if you assess the traditional differences between Liberal and Conservative candidates.
Liberals are ALWAYS at the level of emotion and make their pitch at THAT level....they are very soft on facts and logic. Partly because their base do not demand this of them, do not value it and do not hold nominees to any kind of consistency with the demonstrated record.
Conservatives are usually, to one degree or another, substance-centered and logically impeccable in their presentation and views.
Since it is impossible to fudge on whether or not you are in possession of the facts or logic...Liberals must manipulate the moderator or the debate process in order to even stand a chance.
Nothing on earth can hide or obscure knowledge and facts... so Conservatives ALWAYS have the edge there. It is not something a person can fudge... like O has been enabled to do for his entire life.
More than ever, this was painfully obvious last night. It had to happen... but I wish it happened long ago.
O is: dead but not buried and like all unburied things, he is a problem for the living.

THE CHRIS MATTHEWS POST DEBATE SONG
Sung to the tune of Roy Orbison’s song, CRYING
I was alright for awhile
I could smiiile for awhile
But then I saw you last night
You looked like a deer in the headlight
When you stopped and thought “Oh! No!”
And though I wished you well
My tears still fell
And I’ve been cry-a-yi-a-yin over you
Cry-a-yi-a-yin over you
And soon you’ll be gone
So from this moment on
I’ll be cryin’, cryin’, cryiiiiiiin’
O-oooooover you!

Intellect is not an important asset for a politician, they subsist rather on low cunning. Think of Bill Clinton, an intellectual cipher, but cunning like a fox, only with fewer scruples.

My favorite part of this one was near the end when they started in on Michelle’s lunch program menus (and that one german guy holds his stomach). Well worth the minute of my life I lost watching the rest of it.
