Tom started out noble enough but he has become corrupted and unreliable. He now seems to be pretty much just another part of the machine and absorbed by the borg that is politics.
Sen. Coburn ducks on birth certificate promise
Sounds like this SOB was presented with an offer he couldn't refuse.

Considering the number of people who've been shot to death while investigating, not sure we can blame him. Zero is going down, God willing, in the next month. Plenty of work to do to restore the Republic to keep a host of good people busy the rest of their lives. I do hope and pray for a fantastic attorney general to prosecute the livin’ daylights out of the Obama criminal network. Holder, Clinton, Sebelius, Abedin, the list is endless.

Sen Tom Coburn: You are not a Conservative.
I am so tired of all the PhonyCon RINOs actively aiding Obama on the Eligibility issue. Instead of worrying about how big Michelle’s derriere is growing....there is a real issue with Obama Eligibility
Coburn came into office as some “conservative hero” when he really was nothing more than a spineless RINO. Should have known when he was one of John McCain’s earliest supporters in the 2008 campaign

(Political maturity is realizing that the "R" next to someone's name does not mean "conservative")
Well, of course, he wasn’t going to do anything. No court has done anything. They’ve all gotten the phone call and caved. Bottom line, my cat could be on the ballot and they wouldn’t bother getting off their posteriors to investigate it. What a sorry bunch.

My guess is all the political insiders are praying for Obama’s defeat in November so the whole eligibility question can be swept under the rug.
