KOB Eyewitness News 4 has learned a woman accused of leaving a toddler in a hot car is no longer on an immigration hold.
Sandra Rodriguez-Miramontes bonded out of jail a couple weeks ago.
She was arrested in August, after Albuquerque police said she forgot her two-year-old nephew in the car while she went to work at a daycare.
The boy died.
The Second Judicial District Attorney's Office said it still plans to prosecute her for child abuse.

The toddler, who documents identify only as G.T., died Monday after being left in a car for eight hours outside the daycare where his aunt worked.
The aunt, Sandra Rodriguez-Miramontes, appeared in court Tuesday and is being kept in jail on an immigration hold, officials said.
Rodriguez-Miramontes, 19, was born in Mexico and has been in the U.S. since she was 9, her lawyer told KOB.
The judge set her bond at $50,000 cash surety, which means she would have to post $5,000 cash to get out - if and when the immigration hold is lifted.
A lawyer for Rodriguez-Miramontes said she has the" full support" of her family members - including her sister, who is the mother of the child who died.
