President Barack Obama is back on the campaign trail, blasting the “fake” Mitt Romney for false claims he supposedly made during Wednesday night’s presidential debate.
“Last night, my opponent says he refuses to close the loophole that gives big oil companies $4 billion in taxpayer subsidies every year,” Obama said at a Denver campaign event on Thursday. “He ruled out closing the loophole that gives oil companies $4 billion in corporate welfare.”
Obama continued this line of attack at other campaign events as well.
“The guy who was playing Mitt Romney said he refuses to close a loophole that gives big oil companies $4 billion in taxpayer subsidies every single year,” Obama said in Wisconsin on Thursday.
And again at a Friday event in Virginia, Obama claimed Romney said that there is “no way” he’d close loopholes for oil companies.
“He said there’s no way that he’d close the loophole that gives big oil companies billions each year in corporate warfare,” Obama said on Friday.

“Look what he says when I am not around to correct him. Would he like to invite me to his next campaign speech?”
funny how he never called out Romney not once when Romney called his lies out but now back out there with his sheep he starts to tell his usual lies.
I hope Romney gets this idiot on the next debate and calls his lies out again and states . “Mr President after the last debate you stated to your crowd which does not answer back or question you that I had told lies but you never called me out so again I ask you what lie did I say and why do you feel the need to name call and say this when you will not be caled out or I am not around to question you?’
on the next debate he needs to bring this up to the empty chair , list all of what this idiot is saying and then go through them line by line and then finish off by saying” now I have given you the truth and I hope from here you will not go back and start saying I am lying as this is your chance to say anything right now and clear anything up”
It would be funny if he did. You know that when theOne gets excited, he has a hard time speaking a sentence unpunctuated with, wh-wh-wh, uh, ahh, I ya, etc. Then, when its Romney’s turn to reply, he could speak deliberately and extra slowly, as if speaking to a very young child. It would help accentuate theOne’s anger.
Romney will take care of business in the next debate. Let’s see how far Obamatron gets with out his teleprompter.

Romney said that when spending needs to be cut, this allowance for oil exploration would be “on the table.” And the amount was $2.5 billion, not $4 billion, so he’s lying about that. If it was so terrible, why didn’t Obama get rid of it in his four years at the helm?
“Romney should get a stock response together for these lies,”
Here it is:
“Mr. President, you are a liar. Now, prove me wrong.”
In the face-to-face context of the debates, I think a reprise of “There you go again!” would do nicely.
At the level of press releases, something along the lines of “President Obama has consistently shown that he believes his supporters’ inflated estimates of his oratorical ability, that partisan economic estimates are facts, and that policies that sound good in theory, but have never worked in practice will suddenly work when he tries them. It is hardly surprising that one who dwells in such a fantasy-land will claim that uncomfortable facts are ‘lies’.”
Between this false attack, the made up $5 trillion dollar tax cut, the murder accusations, the paying no taxes accusations, and the felon accusation, it is clear they have little to run on. It is bottom of the barrel stuff. Very telling.

If I recall, Romney said that the oil subsidies go to small drillers not the big corporations.

If only Americans would notice that Obozo hasn’t said a word about what he has done and what he will do, because he can’t. Romney should not just have responses at the ready, he needs to make pre-emptive strikes before Obama even has a chance to attack.
I hope Romney uses this in an add. Millions saw the debate. Here’s Obama a couple of days later lying about what happened in that debate. That’s just insulting to anyone who saw the debates!
