Posted on 10/06/2012 2:28:41 AM PDT by Cincinatus' Wife
.... the EPA has been conducting human experiments on people by piping diesel fumes from a running truck mixed with air into their lungs at a North Carolina university. The agency has ginned up yet another green crusade--the lethal dangers of diesel fumes. They even had a gas chamber set up to accommodate the environmental research project that shockingly recalls the death camps in Poland.
Not surprisingly, the EPA is now in the process of being sued for conducting dangerous experiments on human guinea pigs. The courts will decide whether or not serious laws and practices were violated, including the international Nuremberg Code...set up after sixteen Nazi doctors were executed for medical terrorism.........
...The SS was the greenest faction of the Nazi Party. It was run by Heinrich Himmler, who was an animal lover, vegetarian, and organic farming enthusiast. Himmler detested hunting. In an instructional letter sent to Dachau Concentration Camp and Ester-wegen, Himmler stated,"I wish the SS and the police also will be exemplary in the love of nature. Within the course of a few years the property of the SS and the police must become paradises for animals and Nature." In many ways, the SS was Hitler's "green" praetorian guard.
......The SS promoted an ideology called "blood and soil,"where evolutionary biological racism, peasant agrarianism, and environmentalism were all fused together into a fascist whole. Many leading SS men actually believed that German racial biology was being destroyed by the cosmopolitan life of the cities, that Germans were being uprooted from their homeland and enslaved to the artificial materialistic values of what they considered to be international Jewish capitalism and communism. The Jews were vilified for their city ways. They were also considered unnatural and outside the evolutionary laws of biological racism. Many Nazis believed that such a violation of the "scientific" laws of Nature had to be remedied......

Which NC University?
UNC Chapel Hill
LINK to PDF of lawsuit.
How very German of them.
And I’ve been harping on the nazi pedigree of Sesame Street, which has the Obama campaign miffed the Romney doesn’t like.
Here’s the Sesame Street illustrator’s very own take on Romney, done a while back:
Idiot has moved his site and made more “art”, I’ll have to go drag it down. The Romney campaign really should have this garage.
isn’t this where Mike is at?
I figured it was Chapel Hill. I read the linked article and it did not say. I live in Chapel Hill and did not see anything in the local news, however I’ve been out of town for over a week.
I will follow up on this.
I read the articles, including their own journal abstract and article publicizing the research. How the heck did they get that approved through the UNC IRB? Some heads should roll on that approval.
The EPA is the most gruesome agency in the government.
On August 7, 1948, the V.I. Lenin Academy of Agricultural Sciences announced that from that point on Lysenkoism would be taught as "the only correct theory". Soviet scientists were forced to denounce any work that contradicted Lysenko's research. Criticism of Lysenko was denounced as 'bourgeois' or 'fascist', and analogous 'non-bourgeois' theories also flourished in other fields in the Soviet academy at this time (see Japhetic theory; socialist realism). Interestingly, perhaps the only opponents of Lysenkoism during Stalin's lifetime to escape liquidation came from the small community of Soviet nuclear physicists. But as Tony Judt has observed, "Stalin left his nuclear physicists alone... [He] may well have been mad but he was not stupid."....
Mike Adams is in Wilmington, NC. The article doesn’t say which university it is. I guess we’ll just have to wait for his next article
And they now freely operate outside Congressional oversite, going after state governments with regulations, fines, lawsuits and dictates - all underwritten by OUR own tax dollars.
If I remember correct, Chapel Hill is where they had that shooting a few years ago where so many students were shot and killed
The regulator's new analysis reveals the risk of power-cuts is almost 50 per cent in 2015 if a very cold winter causes high demand for electricity.
It predicts Britain will face power shortages because old coal and oil plants are being forced to shut down under the European Unions environmental regulations. This will partly be replaced by wind farms, but they are less reliable and can only generate electricity in the right weather conditions..........."
I am a retired corperate EHS person...you don’t have to tell me. I have seen this agency up close and very personally.
The "art" on this guys' site is sick. It reminds me of something am oddball high school kid would doodle on his notebooks, although at a much higher quality.
Here’s the PDF of the suit. Page 7 ...UNC
OIC, that’s a different Chapel Hill
There have been a few murders of young female students. Last year it was the class president. Just recently was another one.
It’s the neighborhood... They are too close to Duke! LOL
All those idiots had to do is interview some Railroad Engineers, who have their head out the window.
I think the article is incorrect as the EPA has a research facility near here in the Research Triangle Park. It may not be the University UNC Chapel Hill, that would explain the lack of news.
Here is the caption from the published research study:
National Health and Environmental Effects Research Laboratory and National Exposure Research Laboratory, US Environmental Protection Agency, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
Chapel Hill Laboratory "The division comprises approximately 55 federal employees and is located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC)."
That is a new building. My son has been working right next door to it in the UNC Medical School Neuroscience Lab doing genetic engineering and cloning research.
Wasn’t sure, Thanks.
No problem. You’re welcome
That’s why all these executive agencies must go. They make law and that’s Congresses job.
We need to recognize Administrative Law as another Constitutional violation at both the federal and state level.
