I, as an American Californian, am willing to accept extremely high gas prices in the short term in the monumental interest of getting Obama the hell out.

Rise away!!!!

I personally think the gas price spike will hurt the Zero in his chances.

Sticky notes at the pumps...

It doesn't work for me much as I usually buy a 3 month supply ... every 3 months!

Food prices will rise nationwide. Too many trucks carrying
food from CA (and from overseas via LA and Oakland ports).

Rasmussen Reports shows that likely U.S. voters favor Obama on energy policy:

We all like green energy, but only some of us are honest enough to see that short of some earth-shaking breakthrough, green energy as we know it today, cannot compete with petro or coal.

Heard from a traveler coming east from southern Cali this morning that he saw some prices around $6 there. Said commuters there are about to grab their Gucci bags and go out to riot.

It’s amazing to me that anyone would trust a green energy nut with energy prices.

The radical ones would rather have at least half the world’s population purged and the remainder living in desert caves.

And with themselves in charge of the world, of course.

What happened in California is a very freak situation of three major oil refineries not active and a major oil pipeline shut down due to a dangerous high chloride level concentration. Once they fix the problem and get two refineries active again, I expect prices to drop 35¢ per gallon or more fairly quickly.

I have been talking to some brain dead ObamaZombies at work here in Los Angeles and believe it or not ... they are blaming the high prices on the greedy big oil companies and the Republicans.

High gas prices are the result of the culture of corruption of the Republican Party.

Remember all the media’s stories about people vacationing close to home due to high gas prices, of of the rare times they let the man on the street comment, that was prior to 2008 of coarse.

Don’t dwell on that...I mean who can afford a vacation now anyway?

What could be worse is gasoline shortages caused by drivers keeping more fuel in their tanks.

"Obama’s widest lead is in the area of energy policy. Forty-seven percent (47%) of voters trust him more in this area, while 42% have more confidence in Romney.

Yup...

The election is over...

The reason for high gas prices is the on-going conspiracy by President Bush and Big Oil to raise prices so the oil companies can get rich.
