Her parents should retain an attorney and SUE the School district, all the students involved, and the culprit teacher for VIOLATING her civil right of free speech by intimidation and threats.

There is no difference between the actions of these Gangsta Thugs and the Ku Klux Klan and they should be treated similarly.

They are TYPICAL of the Gangsta Thugs who support the piece of trash currently desecrating the Oval Office with his foul presence.

If anyone is so inclined, check out a rerun of The Weekend this uh, weekend. Joe Pags had the mother of this student on the show. The media has left out some salient facts, such as that it was "debate day" in the girl's social studies class. That's why she wore the shirt.

The mother said the teacher that gave her daughter grief was a geometry teacher. The teacher saw the shirt, went to the door, called in an aide and other students and the aide went to the daughter with a marker to try to "x" out the Romney/Ryan. The daughter physically stopped her.

She said when they later met with the principal and the teacher, the teacher refused to look at the parents, yelled at the daughter saying she "should have known" it was a joke and then started crying hysterically.

Makes you wonder how many Amy Bishops are out there, huh?

Philadelphia is a lost city and is the California of Pennsylvania;ignorance is growing and it seems the disease that is murdering America is growing and will eventually destroy all of our heritage and economy. The children are brainwashed socialists and dumb as a bag of rocks.

Looks like indoctrination of our young is still working well. These students are ‘saved’.

No kidding. Got to give the kid credit though it takes guts to wear a Republican shirt into a place like that....

Wonder if it was the same people that Heckled Romney and said they were “personally offended” that he would even visit??

Methinks Pamela Gellars’ signs regarding civilized men also applies to more than muslims.

Massive deportations are in order.

It won't turn out the way they think it will.

My bet is the offending student was a white Christian and the mob was Amish. Isn’t there a large Amish community in Pennsylvania?

The comments at the site include the usual hysteria about the Tea Party and Mitt Romney ganging up on good people like this teacher to take away their “rights.” I really think the country is beyond salvage, and this is just further proof. These people and their daughter better go FAR underground if they want to stay in that area.

This is the same Philly that had the Blank Panthers standing outside voting places with batons..absolutely disgraceful what those students did to that girl for expressing her right to wear a Romney shirt. I blame that Union led “teacher” who told the students that the shirt was a KKK shirt, I bet you dollars for donuts she told them to scream obscenities at her. If I were the young girl’s parents I would sue the school they are NOT protecting their daughter
