David Cameron 'would veto' EU budget

Prime Minister David Cameron has said he would veto a new European Union budget "if necessary".
The EU is beginning negotiations on its next budget for 2014 to 2020.
Mr. Cameron also told the BBC that in the longer term, the EU should have two different budgetsone for countries in the eurozone and one for those outside the single currency.
Last year, Mr. Cameron vetoed an EU-wide treaty to coordinate budget policies and impose penalties on rule-breakers.

. . . yes, and the EU steamrolled over Cameron's veto. And as for budgets, not once in the EU's existence has a single one been signed off on by their auditors.
