Me too. It’s a tightrope Ryan has to walk. It’s too bad our candidates have to spend time teaching idiotic democRATS certain basics of economics and democracy. Really, it’s just ashame things are this far gone.

That is not going to happen, because that is neither the kind of person Joe Biden is, nor the kind of person Paul Ryan is.

People are thinking of Biden as an amiable bumbler that we can't slice and dice because it will come across as mean spirited. He isn't. Joe Biden is a nasty piece of work with a huge ego who will have a very hard time appearing as anything other than a condescending, bloviating jerk. Paul Ryan is a personable down to earth guy who understands policy, and he is going to look like he belongs in the job -- that is, as someone who can be President tomorrow if he has to be -- in a way that Joe Biden never has.

Ryan will be respectful, because he is a respectful person, and he respects the office. Take a look at his presentation during the healthcare forum with 0, wherein he (very nicely, very politely, but VERY COMPLETELY) demolishes Barack 0bama if you want to know what his debate performance is going to be like.
