Does that include operating costs for the first 10 years? And now that it is finished how much over original budget did this cost?

Good point. The $325M was just the BUILD costs, not including the OPERATING costs.

For a similar line to Everett, the OPERATING costs are around $35 / Rider per boarding, or $70 per day, or $14,000+ per year.

So you can add $43,000 + $14,000 = $57,000.

We could pay people $55,000 to stay home for over a decade, and it would surely have been cheaper.
