Mitt Romney, whose estimated net worth is $250 million, was reluctant to release his 2011 tax returns...
Meanwhile, Romneys running mate, Paul Ryan
Well, his net worth exploded by up to 130% over the last 10 years.
Its absolutely stunning, says political intelligence expert, Robert Williams
What Ryan accomplished during a decade marred by deep economic recession is virtually impossible. He must have been playing with a loaded deck.
Williams just released the shocking results of his investigation into the secret affairs of Congress.
While the investigation exposes - at times, even embarrasses - our nations lawmakers, Williams admits that even hes surprised by the findings
I now know things that very few Americans know. Shocking things. Its scary, actually.
Williams next public appearance is in Chicago in September, where he plans to speak for the very first time about his 10 months inside of Congress.
For a sneak peek at the investigations findings, including how Romney and Ryan got so rich, and

Youll never look at your Congressmen the same way again. It sure had a profound effect on me.

Rasmussen is using his so-called objectivity to advance advertisers like this to remain in business. I would wager that his balance sheets show a far more telling story of where the funding comes from for his polling.
There was supposed to be an exposé yesterday in the Washington Post about all the congressmen’s net worths. Anyone see that (I just logged onto FR...)
Very suspicious.
OK, fine. Mr Rasmussen, how did the Obama’s fare during the last decade???
Is wall street daily part of the WSJ? I thought this was from rassmussen? is there a link?
it just seems “out there”
wow 130% in 10 years, what a wimp! Pelosi tripled hers in 2 years....
This I believe is spam, some spammer got Rasmussens email list.
Interesting revelation but I'm still faced with taking a decision between Obama or Romney. Hmmmm ... I'm voting for Romney ... yep, that's better for my children, my grandchildren, me, you, and the nation.
When they expose Harry Reid’s dirty laundry in NV, I’ll get back to them. Funny how it’s always Republicans they ‘expose” and not Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, or Diane Feinstein.
By design, none of these get-rich schemes is illegal, not even insider trading. They make sure they write the laws in a way that they can’t be prosecuted.
just because an email ostensibly came from a particular email address doesn’t mean that it actually did.
If you click on the link, will it take you to a naught Paris Hilton film? /SARCASM
To be honest there is nothing to be surprised about. They are in a position in government where they are able to benefit financially if they throw their ethics books away. Im not 5 years old anymore to think the world is full of rainbows and people are selfless and have values and morals. I am certain everyone in government is on some kind of take or abusing the system in some way to benefit financially. All It can be is a favour here and there or good information which knowing about at the correct time is invaluable.
I know candidates on both sides are messed up and will be messed up until the end of time, you have to be to reach that position in the first place, you have to compromise yourself in some way.
It’s funny, with all of the crooked pols in Congress, they highlight Paul Ryan. Pathetic!!! No dirt on Dirty Harry or Pelosi???
I’d thought I’d read an accounting of Ryan’s finances, and it included one, maybe two inheritances, mostly from his wife’s family, but Ryan’s family had a multigenerational business as well.
Says tons about Rasmussen.
Smells like spam. If you got the email you may want to confirm its authenticity by forwarding it to:

Then report back to us.
Most disturbing though, is the revelation: "Meanwhile, Romneys running mate, Paul Ryan "
"Well, his net worth exploded by up to 130% over the last 10 years. ".
He has a gov't job, and in 10 years his net worth is only up by 130%??????
NO ONE LEAVES CONGRESS WITH LESS THAN THEY WENT IN WITH!!!!!!
You’re already assuming the insinuation from the email is true.
This IS NOT from Scott Rasmussen. Is every one so incredible gullible?
agreed....
Let’s talk about Nancy and Harry’s wealth!
My net worth increased about the same in 10 years when I was Ryan's age, and I wasn't anywhere close to government. Mine increased by getting better jobs over the years coupled with the high inflation rate of the Ford/Carter years.
130% over ten years is no big deal.

I’d check out just who thie email came from.
Sounds more like an ad for this.
Paul Ryan is at an age where most workers’ net worth experiences its greatest growth. This is a non story
The guy who wrote this must be a dope. If you averaged something like 8 or 9% a year that would happen. AMAZING NOT!

I think that his wife came into an inheritance. I read that last month.
It's on the internet.
It MUST be true!
Looks like a paid advertisement to me. Ras is in a business, not a charity.
Just ignore it; Ras doesn’t necessarily endorse all the crap these list-buyers spew. I wonder if paid subscribers to his reports get junk mail like that.
If you read the first line, it is the e-mail address from Rasmussen in which his organization sent this advertisement for one of his customers. Yes, it is a part of the WSJ which is now owned by Murdoch and we know just how objective that FoxNews has been drifting lately.
If that’s the case, then his increase is not only not stunning, it might be sub-par.
But the average person looking at 130% in big bold numbers with the word “stunning” after it won’t think the whole thing through.
So let me get this straight, we just ignore a so-called objective pollster spamming crap like this? Rasmussen does not do anything for free, nothing, and if he can’t develop a successful business model for just polls, then what credibility does he have if he relies on this junk to make a black bottom line?
The main reason I posted this is that I received it and wanted to pass it along so everyone could see it, changed nothing so if someone is spamming us through Rasmussen, getting this out to several eyeballs would surely get their attention and in effect have them tighten up their system and employees. It came from Constant Contact and being a subscriber to them I have forwarded it to them for verification as well.
Since this forum relies on web page addresses for direct links to articles received, I was not able to enter the link as received to click on. Now I can forward this to anyone who would like to dissect the HTML but you’ll have freepmail me and I’ll do what can see about getting the source code from it.
I just received a daily update from Ras and the e-mail address is identical from the message I received this morning.
Right.
Like they used to say at Burger King.
This is meaningless. If I had $1.00 yesterday, and today I have $2.30, my net worth has "exploded" 130%.
I'm sure both of them have seen percentage increases in their net wealth that dwarf Ryans and Romney's over the same period.
Terrible.
He's either honest or dumb.
Thats my point, it probably is and it doesnt matter to me if it is, because this is human nature to use ones position to advance their lives.
Also to be honest 130% is not that much, it rather depends on the amount more than a % increase. 10 years ago puts me in University, and my net worth since then has increased maybe 1000% over this time period.
I’d say most reasonably successful people in their mid-40’s have increased their net worth by at least 130% from their mid-30’s.
Again, it is not so much how wrong the information was, it was that this was propagate by Rasmussen in the form of an advertisement from his Constant Contact account. If he allows advertising like this, then where in the H did his so-called objectivity go?
I have a Constant Contact account for my business and nothing goes into an e-mail marketing campaign unless I create it. In my book it goes with the saying about being painted with the company you keep.
