I think there are practical limits to what we can do in this war. Our own people would not accept bombing Mecca.
The first step is to educate our own people in the West that there IS a war.
As for totally destroying islam, I do not think it is reasonable. When religions are attacked, they sometimes get stronger and more fanatical.

Who said anything about being reasonable? Since when is reasonableness a standard for war? Since when should we fight a war pursuant to the standards of a bunch of media Marxists who intend OUR death and destruction???
Islamists believe the kaaba to be invulnerable, protected by their moon god. My reasoning is to render their religion powerless to deliver upon that promise, which would save a great many Islamists from death and destruction, not to mention disabusing them of a Satanic fantasy. Just think, we'll finally have a use for all those useless psych majors we graduate. /s After the pig bomb, Muslims in Mecca would have a free choice to follow it or not. The plan doesn't kill anybody who doesn't choose to die for a belief then proven cannot be fulfilled. After leveling Mecca, there is nothing left to which to pray. It doesn't build a Federal bureaucracy specializing in assassination like your plan does, which IMO is insanity. All of that is entirely based in reason.
This is war. You don't like messy wars. Worse, your analysis of the situation is obviously demonstrably false. What you are citing is guerilla tactics; it is not only a guerilla war. It is total war, and always has been.
My solution costs less than a billion with very little in the way of mission creep. What's the price tag on yours? True, rehabilitating former Muslims will cost a bundle, but that is what churches are for. At least they'll be worth something when they're done. Speaking of which...

Your solution is for everybody to sink into the pit of depravity and become even more worthless counterproductive human beings? If what you want is societal collapse, then you are not a serious person, therefore neither is your "solution." Better learn up more on what it is to be at war with Islam. The stakes are survival. Ours is a society far more logistically fragile than I think you appreciate. I don't think you understand how easy it would be to put American into total destructive chaos. For them, it's total war or die. They understand nothing else. They have both the money and manpower in place to get it done. Unless we detach them from their powerless god, we're in for a hell of a ride.
Finally, I think you think my idea "unreasonable" because it accomplishes two things: It costs not a single American live and only a few million in tax dollars (mostly for the propaganda repeating the line from the Suras that Mecca is protected by god) in every Islamic community (starting with Detroit).
